We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to stay local as well as try Pino's with the new owner. Although we had stated in our reservation that we were celebrating a special event, it was not acknowledged. The food was outstanding. The Stuffed Mushrooms were very tasty and the Chicken Marsala and Saltimbocca Special were wonderful. The restaurant was not busy and yet we had to wait an extremely long time for all of the dishes. The restaurant was very, very warm. It didn't feel like the air conditioner was on at all. We will think about going again but not for a special occasion or during the summer months.

We love the decor at Pino's although the massive table legs prevent families from sitting in close. When they sat us, they told us there would be live music but there wasn't any. Our waiter was okay but wasn't super friendly and didn't stop by very much. We expected more attention as the place wasn't packed or anything. When he did stop by, he was more cartoonish than a classy waiter. The pasta under my chicken marsala wasn't drained very well so the whole dish was very watery. That was very disappointing. The kids enjoyed the chicken alfredo and my wife loved her salad wedge. The canoli was excellent. It was worth going to Pino's once but I'm not sure we'll go back. I hate to say that because I was hoping this could become our place to go. But to pay almost $140 without any drinks for an okay experience is just not what we wanted.

The place was very busy and the staff did an excellent job communicating this to us. Kevin was our service provider and he was awesome. The food and ambiance were amazing. I will definitely go back.

Food was good but not as good as I had remembered . I wish you still had the osso buco. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of it however the kitchen staff seem to be struggling. We did not order pizza as I was told it would take 40 mins but someone in our party did and it came out quicker than the rest of our food . Not sure if I would go back.

Service was slow and food was average. It was Mothers Day but the restaurant was not overly busy just disorganised. The wait for food was long and when it arrived the steak was undercooked causing a further delay an a Mum celebrating Mothers Day to eat after everyone had finished.

Very disappointed today. Took far too long to get garlic knots, food had little flavor. Restaurant was very cold and we felt cramped in a corner. The meatball Mary was made well but meatball was mush. We've had much better food there in the past, but for mothers day, a true disappointment.

This was our first time to Pino’s. Our server Greg was very helpful and friendly. Everything we ordered was delicious. My only comment is that I wish the food had been hotter. We were there early, 5:30, so maybe as the night progressed food would have come out hotter. But ours was a bit more than luke warm. We will be certainly be going back again!!!
