We had a party of 20 plus! Service was EXCELLENT and the food was awesome! Our family enjoyed every minute!

We had the 35oz Tomahawk steak. We asked for medium and it came out well done. It took an hour to cook. When they brought it out the manager was very rude Trevor. He definitely needs some re-education in customer service. Our bar server was great. They called me early that day asked me how I wanted my steak cooked, I didn't understand why they did this, and we still waited an hour. Positive side the Mac-n-cheese and asparagus was delicious.

I would recommend not coming here to eat. The service was slow, the food tasted awful, and I only ever got my burger and not my french fries that are supposed to come with it, even after asking two different people for them. The play area was fun, I would definitely just recommend eating somewhere else beforehand.

Our experience was very poor from the beginning. Earlier that week, I called to inquire different types of pricing. Due to being a single parent, I wasn’t able to afford a “Group package.” When Friday came along, I was told that my group of people couldn’t hold a reservation due to the size (25). Which I was okay, even if they sat in different tables. I forgot the lady’s name on who I spoke to but she said to arrive 15 minutes early to help accommodate my guests. I arrive 15 minutes prior and the reservation I had was for 8. When arrived, the restaurant was vacant, and one side had about 3 tables occupied. The gentleman that attempted to help me had an attitude in the beginning until I had to make it clear that I was a single parent, and all I wanted was to do fountain drinks and appetizers. About 45 minutes later, they sat us in the patio. It look about another 45 minutes to get our appetizers, but did not get our drinks, napkins, silverware etc until another 30 minutes later. From there, more than half of the orders we had ordered never arrived. If the restaurant was busy, I would’ve understood but felt that they purposely ignored our table while the restaurant was vacant and my family and I were set aside being ignored. Due to think lack of experience, I’m glad I had nothing to do with the group experience, making this the first but also the last time we step grounds in Pinstack Las Colinas.

At dinner we ordered buffalo chicken wings. They brought us boneless wings. I notified the waitress and she apologized and said they would bring traditional buffalo wings. The wings never came during the meal. When I asked for the check I told our waitress we were still waiting for for our wings but since we are done could I just take them to go. I continued to wait another 20 minutes and then was brought a to go box, but again they were boneless. I gave up and just left.

The service on the restaurant side was awful! I received appetizers with no appetizer plates or silverware. Naturally, I requested those items from the person delivering the food, then again from our waiter...I waited ten minutes with no appetizer plates or silverware before giving up and eating with my fingers. What's worst is my waiter would go missing for 15 minutes at a time and our entrees came out five minutes apart. So, I ordered a salad (which was delivered last) and did not have the dressing that I requested. I requested the dressing again...ten minutes later, still no dressing.
