    Food was great and unique. Service was excellent. And noise level was perfectly low so there was some ambience, and we could also have a conversation easily. Thank you!

    Really enjoyed the food and the service was great. We had six people in our party and there wasn't a single dish that disappointed. Our server was very knowledgeable about all of the menu items and made great recommendations. Also appreciate that we were afforded time to enjoy the appetizers before bringing out the main course. Would definitely recommend and plan to visit again to try more delicious food.

    The food, beer , service and the ambience of the whole place was great. I’m half Czech so I grew up on eating all this food plus some. Will be returning in the near future.

    We enjoyed the location and the Czech menu, we ordered the Czech burger with Gluten-Free pretzel bun, it was delivered in Gluten Free toast with little bacon jam & no condiments offered. We may have chosen a different option without the pretzel bun but it wasn’t discussed. The Fish & Chips were not crunchy on the batter, it was soggy. The pork chop was tender on the exterior but dry as you got closer to the bone, sweet potatoes were the best part of the meal. It’s a great ambiance & the bar was good, but the food if being changed should be discussed with customer & cooking of the food needs a bit more attention.

    We enjoyed a lovely meal shared between six ladies. The Brussels sprouts have this raisin flavor that works. The short ribs are excellent.

    For drinks, Vienna lager is super legit, and the Czech Spritz is delicious. The food was very good as well. Love this authentic Czech establishment, and service was excellent!

    Thank you all Shelby and the group who made our 4 day stay in Waco amazing. Loved dinner tonight Schnitzel our lovely lunch and hostess/bar tender, the goulash we ate later same day for dinner, the after dinner drinks on Valentines night, and the nice call Sunday to remind me of dinner reservations. You all are rock stars. Vienna Beer was one of the best brews I’ve ever tasted. You bright back good memories of a trip to Germany and Austria last year. Prost 💌🍺
