Pizza Secret, conveniently located near the Barclays Center and other attractions as well as owned by Chef Rosario Granieri, is fueled by one of the oldest wood-fired brick ovens in New York. It allows us to bakes perfect traditional and gourmet pizzas along with authentic Italian cucine. More than just a modest pizzeria, Pizza Secret offers other delicious Neapolitan nibbles, for example crocchè, meatballs, bruschette and fresh pasta dishes, as well as refreshing cocktails such as negronis and martinis. Not great not terrible. They put us in a table in the "vestibule" where you couldn't get your legs under the table. Finally asked to be moved inside, which took about 10 minutes. Food came out fairly quickly....portions were medium size. Service was good. Fried dough dessert was very tasty. Overall was acceptable as we were going to Barclay's Center and location was good; but certainly not a "must see" restaurant

First time there. Great atmosphere, super-fresh pizza, right out of oven, all fun, except that a party of pre-teens grew increasingly out of control, on this particular night, with a deafening decibel level... until a brave patron turned to the parents and ordered them to reign in their unruly children.

Pizza secret was a great find. Service was excellent. We were greeted immediately and our waitress was attentive. Taking our order in a timely manner and attentive. Food was delicious. Only thing I wish they did was add more sauce to their margarita pie. It was all dough and it really missed more sauce and something to dial up the flavor. Otherwise the rest of the meal was excellent (meatballs, rice balls, and the Americana pizza (which I highly recommend)).

Waitress brought wrong order and tried convincing that it was exactly the item we ordered. Eventually taking the wrong item to the kitchen and bringing back the same item with additional topping to make it seem like the one we ordered, which made it burnt and simply lackluster. Tried to make it up by not charging last round of our drinks, but we came for quality food and service, not drinks. Not coming back.

First time visitor to Pizza Secret. The Open Table reviews drastically underestimated the quality and value of dinning at Pizza Secret. Awesome, modern pizza establishment with high quality dishes and pies. Other Open Table reviews state this is not the best in the neighborhood. Although I don’t have the knowledge of the neighborhood to dispute that it was easily an excellent meal and would without doubt return for casual dining or a night in with friends. The branzino was fantastic! Very buttery and delicious! A great pit stop on the way to the Barclays Center!

Cute place, but it smelled heavily of cleaning fluid and the music was too loud. We moved outside and it still smelled, but we stayed and ate. The pizza was very wet and soggy in the center and the toppings were flavorless. The service was good and our waiter was nice and attentive, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Drinks were good. Especially the Bailys espresso martini. Calamari shrimp appetizer was somewhat disappointing. The calamari was fine but there was only two pieces of shrimp. Desert tiramisu and cannoli were both pretty good. I got the pasta in the bolognese onion sauce while my dad got the pasta with the clam sauce. We both enjoyed it, however my father became ill later that evening. Might have been a bad batch of clams. Anyways, the service was excellent. Would try the pizza the next time.

Mangiare la pizza da Pizza Secret fatta dallo chef Rosario è un’esperienza unica che difficilmente si può incontrare nei ristoranti più tipici di Napoli. Le pizze , le paste e tutto il menù in generale è genuino e gli ingredienti di ottima qualità. Servizio impeccabile che ti porta tutto il calore di Napoli in un ambiente accogliente e super pulito .
