Podmore is a neighborhood restaurant and cocktail lounge. Created by the dynamic duo behind Senia, Chef Anthony Rush and Katherine Nomura, Podmore extends a warm welcome to our cozy dining room and bar to savor an unforgettable lunch, pau hana, dinner, cocktails or weekend brunch.

We pride ourselves on expertly executed comfort food and innovative cocktails, complimented by good old fashioned hospitality.

From our bacon to our pasta to our ice cream, we make things in-house, from scratch, locally-sourced whenever possible.

Get comfortable at one of green banquettes overlooking Alakea Street or at the marble bar and pick from nearly two dozen cocktails like the tropical Secret Swiftie with amaro and dishes like beer battered fish and chips. End on a sweet note with the flight of three pie-inspired cocktails.

    Went for brunch and what an amazing experience! The service is always so fantastic here but today was extra special. The English breakfast, breakfast hash and smoked soufflé pancakes were incredible. Highly recommended to anyone who loves a true high-class gourmet experience.

    Good ambiance, and service. Cocktails are the best curated and creative expressions I’ve had so far. Nothing overly sweet or overpowering.

    Food, service, and ambience were all outstanding. Our party ordered fish and chips, steak pot pie, and shepherd's pie, all of which were excellent.

    Ordered the steak and mushroom pie. Server comes back and tells us sold out. Could have told us that first. Ordered drinks ka before meal but didn’t get until meal came. Waited 45 minutes for dessert to come with no explanation. Fish and chips - fish was tough and smelled like needed to be thrown out. Other food we ordered was good - spaghetti and duck curry.

    Finally got to try out this hot spot. The food and service was very good. A very interesting cocktail list. Very friendly staff made you feel appreciated.

    Had a really nice time here! The kind of experience where you know you will return. Nice aesthetic; food was tasty; drinks were creative; and service was friendly, attentive, and balanced.

    Small but lovely space on the corner with large windows and beautiful interior finishings. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. We had and loved the blue cheese on toast with bacon. Great flavor mix. The shepherds pie was surprisingly dry and seemed overcooked. The steak and mushroom pie presented great in a perfect puff with plenty of stake and mushrooms inside mixed in gravy but lacked flavor. For desert, we had the fruit cobbler and ice cream sandwhich, which were two large (pistachio?) cookies with delicious strawberry ice cream in between. The cobbler oats were a little bit dry but flavorful. The drink menu is very inticing. I had the whiskey based Tea Thyme, which was wonderful. The total cost was around $170 for lunch for two people, including one cocktail and tip. We spent around two hours dining and parked on the street. The meter is limited to one hour, so use a garage to avoid stepping out to feed the meter. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience. We reserved lunch through the open table app, and it asked if we were celebrating anything, and I checked that it was my wife's birthday. I'm not sure why it asked, but the restaurant staff did not acknowledge it. No biggy.

    As always, a delightful and tasty experience! The service is always superb, and the variety of the seasonal cocktails and menu items is quite refreshing. The Specialty Cocktails are well worth the experience!
