Our reservation was for 12:15. When the hostess was called over to seat us she aggressively said “No walk-ins!” After we clarified that we weren’t walk-ins, we were then told we would have to wait until at least 12:30 to get our table. When we finally got our table we did not get to order for another 15 minutes. Wait staff were not apologetic about any of these delays. The food is grossly overpriced for being average to slightly above average. The crab cake was excellent, but everything else was average. The ambience was definitely higher end, but that was more than reflected in the bill.

My Dad and I wanted to try somewhere new and we are so happy we came to Presley’s! Alex was our server and she was wonderful and Briana the manager was very attentive and helpful also! We will most definitely be back!

The food and atmosphere was great. My food could have been a bit warmer. Our server was also great. It was a great find and I will go again!

Had dinner at Presleys Saturday night. The cocktails were amazing. Alyssa T provided incredible service and there valet at the hotel so I didn’t need to find parking in the snow :)

It took 60mins. to receive our entrees, and they were lukewarm. We received two delicious chocolate chip cookies at the end of our meal, in compensation? That said, our Server, Hannah was EXCEPTIONAL.

Our food was served quickly and was very tasty. We had the brussel sprouts for an appetiser, and the lobster pasta and salmon and couscous for entrees. It was all very well flavoured and nicely cooked. The gigantic piece of carrot cake was awesome for dessert. Our server Alyssa was friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back to this restaurant in the beautiful David Whitney building.

The food was great. Ambiance and location wonderful. A little pricey on apps but tasty. Brandon and amber were awesome.

Took quite a long time to get our food. When we did, my daughter had a long hair in her food that she ended up not eating

Waited over an hour for entrees- before the restaurant was crowded. Manager did bring a complimentary glass of wine, after our second polite inquiry as to the delay. Did not see our server during the wait. The food was good when it came, but we were rushed because we were on our way to an event.

The service was extremely slow with several delays. Our meal took almost 45 minutes and came before our appetizers. The staff were hustling, but not very welcoming. They were possibly overwhelmed. The place was packed. We will not be back.
