Prime – An American Kitchen and Bar fue inaugurado en el verano de 2016 y es casi una réplica de su hermano de Long Island Sound, el An American Kitchen and Bar de Huntington, Nueva York.     Last time, the wonderful cheeseburger. This time, the sliced steak sandwich; not good. The steak slices were bathed in some kind of awful sauce which also soaked the toasted roll which, sans the sauce, was a wonderful roll. The french fries were coated w/cheese (sprinkled on) so were replaced w/standard fries. Oddly, the burger has regular fries. The onion soup has lots of cubes of meat; never had french onion soup that way and didn't like that either. Asked for the soup very hot and very crisp/burned on top. Didn't get it that way at all. The restaurant is a wonderful spot but disappointed in the food.

    we went for both a birthday and for the stamford restaurant week pri fix menu. everyone had different items and enjoyed them all. the portions were all very appropriate if not large size for the set menu so definitely worth the value. Everyone's order was cooked to their liking and the waiter was able to guide us on best options. they also made my birthday very special. Will definitely return.

    Had an incredible dining experience at Prime Stamford! From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. The staff made sure every detail was perfect, making me feel like a VIP the whole time. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with flavor and expertly presented. The staff’s friendly and professional. Without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had! Highly recommend.

    Prime was amazing! Great atmosphere, great food. We had some seafood and steak and both were incredible. The manager was also very personable and came up to us to say happy birthday to my husband. This was our first time there and I look forward to going back.

    Everyone who is a part of the Prime staff is always amazing and super friendly. Management is always involved and there to make you feel at home. My expectations are always exceeded when I dine here. Love this place.
