We had a nice early dinner at Prime. Sat at bar so we could experience the excellent service. Enjoyed the cheesy bread. Then my guest had the special sushi roll. I had the seared ahi entree. Both were delicious. Always have great meals at Prime.

Always a great dining experience at Prime at Sky Meadow. Every course was delicious. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff welcoming, knowledgeable and very attentive! Really a wonderful evening!

It is deafening loud in there. I mean wow! We couldn't hear each other across the table. Had to shout all night. Wait staff was pleasant. But, they are so overworked that they can't even stop to ask how we are doing. The meal was very expensive to have the ambiance grate on you like that. Hard to savor anything.

I had high hopes for my birthday dinner at Prime at Sky Meadow but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. From the start, the ambiance was off — the lighting was so dim it was hard to even read the menu. Our server was inattentive, which set the tone for the evening. But the biggest letdown came with the food. At a steakhouse, you expect them to get the steak right — especially when ordering a popular dish like the ribeye, medium rare. What I received was barely cooked, essentially raw in the center. Even the server was surprised and immediately said, “Oh wow, let me fix this,” which tells you all you need to know. When the corrected steak arrived, the manager Peter(?) eventually came to check on it — but instead of acknowledging my birthday, he mistakenly wished my husband a happy birthday. I had to correct him that it was my birthday we were celebrating. An honest mistake, sure, but it added to the sense that the staff wasn’t paying attention or making any effort to personalize the experience. I had also added king crab on top of the steak — at an outrageous $40 upcharge for just one piece. Not worth it at all. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was also a disappointment — rubbery shrimp that tasted like they’d been overcooked and sitting out for too long. The prosciutto on the beet salad was also past its prime. It tasted like it had gone bad 3 days ago. To top it off, my view — instead of the “meadow” or “sky” — was of 3 workers redoing the outdoor floor tile. Not exactly the ambiance I expected for a pricey celebratory meal. And despite all the missteps, the restaurant made no effort to make things right. No complimentary dessert, no discount, no real acknowledgment that my birthday dinner was anything less than ideal. Just a hefty check and a water glass begging to be refilled. Sadly, this was not the special night I had envisioned. I won’t be returning — and I can’t recommend it to others looking for a memorable dining experience.

Our experience at Prime was excellent! The host greeted us by name, the manager stopped by to check on us a couple times and made sure we were comfortable. He was very engaging and friendly! We had our granddaughter with us and he ensured she felt acknowledged and comfortable. The service was great! Peter and the rest of the service team did a fantastic job! The food was very great, as usual! The stuffed haddock was a hit and the bone in ribeye was done well and very tasty! Ultimately, we had a great experience at Prime.

Mothers Day Great choices for breakfast or lunch selections. We had eggs benedict width lobster. Service was attentive without being overbearing Spectacular view and food was superior

Mother’s Day brunch was amazing. Brunch cocktails, food, live music, beautiful view, and great service added up to an experience to be remembered!
