   La decoración y concepto muy lindo, pésima ubicación, peligroso y no hay parqueo… el ambiente música rap y hip hop sonido muy bajo y calmado a pesar que habíamos 4 mesas nada más la comida tardo más de 30 min en salir. los platillos que deseaba no estaban disponibles y las bebidas rebalsaban en hielo. Muy buen concepto pero mal servio poca variedad y mal servicio… no volvería !

   I booked a brunch reservation and when I got there, I saw that they were doing a Paint & Sip rather than brunch. When greeted by Crystal, I showed her my reservation, and rather than being genuinely apologetic about the booking error, she was extremely condescending. When I asked if she could offer anything to us for the inconvenience (gift certificate, drink ticket, paint & sip entry), she told us “we can’t offer that, sorry.” Crazy because I genuinely love the restaurant but very turned off by my most recent experience and the customer service I received.

   The food was just okay overall however I would suggest the chilaquiles they were good with the verde and he avocado toast. Music was good but the service needs help ( not enough happy people working)

   we got there on time and they still made us wait an extra 20 minutes. as soon as we walked in, the hostess walked away and we couldn’t find her for a while. we had to check in with the bar. when we finally did find the hostess, she sat down at our table and proceeded to slowly fold up the silverware inside the napkins and i mean SLOWLY. in front of our entire dinner party. and then waited another 5 minutes before actually seating us. food took waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy too long and it was flavorless. the restaurant was on the slower side because we were there kinda late, and i always try to be as understanding as i can when it comes to places being understaffed. but this was kind of crazy. i appreciate all of our waiter Alex’s efforts to accommodate us where he would. his service was great. but the whole thing in the beginning with the hostess kinda started a downward spiral. i heard brunch is better than dinner, but after this, i just don’t know that i’ll be back.

   If you are looking for a brunch party atmosphere with delicious food, this is the place to go. I was not looking for that so it was loud but I still enjoyed my late brunch. The server was accommodating as the Open Table reservation did not reserve for 3 but only 2 but she was pleasant and still sat us promptly. I do recommend a reservation as it's not that big and appear to serve big groups. The server was busy but overall attentive. I do recommend the food. As for parking I would recommend parking on to Main Street its much safer, than the other streets l, the parking lot right next to the restaurant fills up quickly. Overall great experience for a busy party brunch spot

   The food wasnt great, the service wasnt either but the staff were all nice. It took a long time for them to take our order, a long time to get our food, a long time to get refills, the waiter just wasn’t coming around much. You literally had to HOPE to catch them coming by, which wasnt often. Beautiful restaurant and ambiance though, like I said the service wasn’t good but the staff were still nice. Additionally, in my reservation notes I put that the occasion was a birthday and asked if they could sing happy birthday (which is something I saw they do online) and my request wasnt met. They didn’t acknowledge the reservation note at all.

   I love the Proabition in Riverside so I thought it would be a good idea to take my young adult daughter to on a mother daughter date. Food was just ok. The waiter was not attentive at all. He took forever just to bring us water. We waited so long to get silverware that our appetizer got cold and we had to send it back for reheating. The ambiance was nice but the service was poor. I don’t mind spending but this visit wasn’t worth the $280 spent! Guess I’ll stick to the Riverside location because DTLA wasn’t it! This is also my very first negative review on OpenTable. I’ve loved every place I’ve been using this app.
