If you'd like a cozy and warm night with your loved ones, Proof Bar is the place to be. Fantastic service and ambience within a heated igloo on the patio. The food was delicious (we ordered the salmon poke and winter flatbread) and portions were larger than expected—exemplifying value for money. We were able to take our time dining in the igloo and weren't rushed in any way. I couldn't recommend this place more for a memorable dining experience with family, friends or a partner. A 12/10 experience!

The dome dinner was wonderful. The atmosphere and the service were perfect. Vlad did an amazing job serving us in the dome! Definitely great setting for a romantic date evening.

Lovely experience in the globe catching up with friends. So festive and cozy and the food was good. Friendly and professional service. Would come back!
