    Enjoy a table inside Publico’s "The Winter Market" Holiday Pop-up. An enchanting 360° installation inside the Garden! This wonderland features lush winter greenery, a jaw-dropping 16-foot dazzling lit Christmas tree, twinkling holiday lights, and festive and fun 'holiday market' inspired drinks and snacks! 🎄. Inspired by the European Holiday Markets x Your childhood Christmas Tree Farm - this cozy space is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the holiday season. Standing room at the bar is available after 8:30pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. NOTE: Any changes in the booking, times and\or party sizes, may result in your reservation moving to the main dining room based on availability. *Seating times limited to 90-105 minutes!

    So good! Disappointed though because they never gave us the holiday menu and we didn’t realize until the end of our meal when we saw everyone else with one. Very sad because the whole reason we went was because of the hot chocolate bar I saw on TikTok. Overall good food though. Service was good but not great. I would go back though

    💥💥💥Went to this place on thinking we could see the “Christmas tree market” this restaurant has promoted themselves after, ended up being seated in an entirely mediocre college student dining hall vibe room! And was told by the very rude and clueless hostess that you need a “special reservations” for those seating. The bar is also so crowded beyond believe. With the price point I recommend going to a restaurant in south end so you can sit with grown ups. Food was ok not great. Overall very disappointing.

    Staff were so kind, and I had one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Will return, even though we live pretty far away!

    Was mislead about my reservation, Open Table claimed I was a no show when I sat and waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken. I reserved for the Christmas market and was not sat there. Overall a very poor experience.

    We were there for brunch and ordered coffee and they had no milk or cream. Still charged for the coffee.

    The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. We liked the decor of the winter market. They were out of the special drink that we wanted, but we got another one that was decent. The service started off good but then we couldn’t find anyone to give us a bill and after 15 minutes or so, we got up and asked another employee to find our waitress

    Winter market was not what they said it was! It was lame!! Just Xmas decorations! Nothing great! Said you could get the winter market menu anytime but nope on Sundays not till 3! Go somewhere else!

    We enjoyed the food at Publico but didn’t realize it was sort of a hang out spot and sports bar, so while we were sitting at our table eating it was packed shoulder to shoulder with people around us and we weren’t able to have a conversation without yelling. We also had to flag down the waitress to ask for water, to order food, for silverware, and for the check as she rarely checked in on us. When our food arrived we didn’t have silverware and had to sit for 10 min with our food growing cold before our waitress walked by again and we could ask for silverware. We debated asking at the hostess stand or bar but it would’ve involved getting through the dense crowd of people.

    Waiter was great as was food. I choose a lower rating. Why? My cousin from Georgia wanted Boston beer and we looked on line to find a place who had the Boston famous beer she wanted on her visit. And guess what! You are on that list which is why we came. But no! You honestly don’t have this beer so you put your waitstaff in an awkward position in order to explain its disappearance.
