Pure Kitchen is a restaurant that embraces the farm-to-table concept, serving local, organic, grass-fed, sustainable, and fair-trade products. Every dish in our establishment is crafted from scratch with the intention of promoting a pure and wholesome lifestyle.

Pure Kitchen stemmed from the realization that the Summit community lacked ample options for truly nutritious dining experiences. Recognizing this need, we set out to create a restaurant that not only champions healthy eating through organic and grass-fed ingredients but also provides an inspiring and inclusive dining environment.     food was great its a very busy small restaurant so you feel cramped at the beginning we felt ignored but once she took our order service was good

    Loved it as always. The flatbread is fantastic! It is still our favorite place. We drove there in a snowstorm.

    Quality food. Lots of gluten free options. Brussel sprouts were a great starter. Friendly , attentive server. I would go again

    Pure Kitchen has the trappings and pretention of a high end restaurant. But the drinks were weak, the protein tough, the flavors off, the prices high and the service indifferent. We were disappointed.

    All in all the restaurant was very good. We gave it a 4 because even though the tomato sauce and pasta with the chicken parmesan was tasty, the chicken was very dry and hard to chew and the “topped with mozzarella” was just a dot on top, so not much at all.

    Overall, our experience at Pure Kitchen was good. Service was excellent. Most of the food was mediocre (kind of bland), but the Carne Asada was absolutely excellent.

    Very yummy food and drinks!!! Enjoyed and loved it as a good treat after skiing. Close to both breck and keystone.
