Best GF pizza I’ve ever eaten! Love decor, music, staff, and food and was even dog friendly with doggy menu! Wow!

Excellent Italian vegan food - our pizzas were really good and the tiramisu was outstanding Staff were really friendly - great atmosphere with lots of people in. We'll definitely be back

We visited on a Friday evening and it was quite busy. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff were friendly, but we were seated for 15mins with no service, so I had to call someone over to take our order. The food was quick and, overall, delicious. The pizzas are 10/10, and the meatballs are a great side. However, the mac and cheese was very watery and lacking flavour. For £7 I'd expect it to be on point. Other than that, it was a really lovely meal and I would definitely recommend giving Purezza a try!

Disappointed to have not been told when making the booking that an item from the Christmas menu is not available, there's only 3 main items in that menu anyway! Could an alternative pizza not have been offered, especially since this is a pizza place?! Pistachio mac and cheese was a bit bland, but made a lot better by the crumb and other toppings, but there wasn't enough for the whole thing. The Christmas dinner calzone was very bland, apart from the cranberry sauce which was spicy for some reason, I didn't enjoy it at all. The mince pie dough balls and rhubarb and chocolate cheesecake were very tasty, and at least ended the meal on a high, but overall I was disappointed with the food, I did not think it was good value. Service was friendly and efficient.

To be fair, we are new to gluten free and it was the first ever gf pizza we had. Considering that, it wasn’t that bad. Though, I found it a little expensive (£61 for 2 pizzas, 1 small plate and a 125ml glass of wine). The server was a little rude and didn’t take the time to explain. For example, as she was taking the order, we asked for a pizza that it shows GF on the menu and she said ‘We can’t do that GF’. I kindly asked why as it shows GF on the menu and she replied ‘We just don’t do it’. She seems to be very unhappy and made us feel uncomfortable at times. My daughter is coeliac, so I kindly asked for a few more details on the way the food is cooked and she replied that it might be cross contaminated without further details. I then went to the manager to ask for more details and she was really nice and polite and she explained me that they take precautions as I have read online.

The pizza was excellent but was not very hot when it arrived. The side dishes were lukewarm too. The service was poor, it took ages to attract a server to ask for black pepper and when the waitress brought it she had an air of couldn’t be bothered. As a vegan I always support fully vegan establishments but was really underwhelmed by the service- no excuse for lukewarm food maybe the staff we’re having an off day, but we won’t recommend.

Excellent Vegan pizza. Great for one of our party who is lactose intolerant. He could eat anything he wanted, including Mac and cheese and tiramisu! Jess, our waitress was excellent, friendly and helpful.
