We went to Puzzle last weekend for my birthday. At first we were gonna be 4 but two of my friends couldnt make it last minute cuz they had kid problems. We went to the restaurant and the Lady who was attending us was clueless about deal we had purchased. She had to go back and forth seberal times to start us with the DineLA fix menu. Its a tiny place with barely 10 tables. The music was no good. The singers were singing and dancing literally on top of our head. The dancer Lady, did nothing but taking off her cloths with thr music and staying almost naked. And since we had made a 4 ppl reservation and prepaid the table the same day, they did not refund our money for the 2 people who didnt show up. It is very upsetting experience. Do not go to Puzzle!!

We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter confusion with your reservation and to feel uncomfortable with certain aspects of the entertainment of the Cabaret Show. The staff member who attended to you was a server in training, and we truly appreciate your feedback as we work to develop their skills to ensure seamless service for all our guests. The decor and ambiance was very baroque and moody. We sat in one of the private, cute booths for 2 people. It was a very intimate setting. The food was just ok for the price point considering it was $110 for 2 courses. Chilean sea bass and filet were our main courses. We had the 7:45 seating. Entertainment (a singer) started around 9:15.

The staff and atmosphere of the restaurant made it feel intimate and secluded. Loved every second of it and the risotto was delicious. Would return again, thank you to everyone 💓

This restaurant is a perfect choice for a memorable date night. While not inexpensive, it delivers exceptional value with outstanding cuisine. The limited menu showcases each dish beautifully, and our indulgence in caviar was a true highlight—served with all the classic accompaniments in an elegant presentation. The ambience is both stylish and refined, and the service strikes a great balance: attentive and friendly without being overbearing. It is not the sort of place for a casual dinner or a spontaneous drop-in, but it is ideal for special occasions, especially for married couples with kids looking to celebrate. Highly recommended for a treat-worthy evening out.

New beautiful space. Very small and cozy and intimate. Music on point they had a live singer and then a Dj food was delicious and I loved the Lucy cocktail. They also have a nice wine list and great champagne selection.
