   Last minute Valentines meal and exceeded all our expectations, the staff were phenomenal and the food very special. Excellent location for the Albert Hall. Will definitely be going back👍

   I was really looking forward to eating here, and I am sure the food is nice. However, there was a completely different menu than advertised on their website. This meant myself, who is a fussy eater and my friend who has dietary issues could not eat anything on the menu. The service for drinks was good although we asked for a large glass of wine and received a small. We were also the only ones in there. I had to ask twice if we were in the right place as flet completely let down.

   Lovely staff. They really looked after us. The food was perfect for a pre Albert Hall matinee. Luis the bar manager was excellent.

   Pleasant place to eat. Excellent service but food a little bland and lacking in great flavour. Shame because the menu reads well.

   Tried the Animal Kingdom afternoon tea. The room is nicely decorated in nude colours, and the food is just great. My favourites were the chicken and tarragon sandwich and the elderflower trifle. For the little ones though, it is special! My son was in complete awe as soon as we arrive. They have a display with huge stuffed animals, and his mouth dropped when the dessert trolley appeared! His favourite was Sam the sheep (cake pop with marshmallows). Great food for the grown ups…specially with a glass of champagne, but the little one had a great afternoon. Highly recommended.

   great afternoon tea. great for children as it has the animal kingdom as a theme, but the quality of the normal menu is excellent, and the Newby teas are great as well. they even have a sample menu for the teas where you can smell all of them if you can’t make up your mind.

   Fish and Chips for two: both fish were so overcooked the batter was almost black with dry chips. Not what you'd expect in an establishment of this calibre.

    Nice little hotel bar. Very good menu and good quality food too. Was a touch on the expensive side but not offensively so, and staff and food were good by general London hotel standards. Would visit again if we were in the area.
