We take the sensual, Latin flair of Cuba and combine it with the honest flavours of Spain to create dishes that perfectly fuse the two cultures.     We were met by a friendly waitress who took us straight to our table. There were a few people in the restaurant but it wasn't packed. We had a starter to share and two mains the food was plentifully, and very tasty. For me the mains were right for the money, the starter was a touch overpriced for what we got.

    I have always loved this restaurant, rave about it to anyone that would listen but the last 2 times I’ve been the service has been terrible. Christmas Eve we attended and was put in the little room, no one came to take our drink or food order we had to get up to get the attention of the waiter/waitress everytime, I assumed this was because we were in the room tucked away, this room provides no atmosphere or service. This time we sat in the main room, we sat for 15 minutes before I had to get someone’s attention for a drink, they then took our food order, we were sat for an hour and a half before again I had to ask where our food was and if we could get another drink. The food was lovely but the price has increased and the portion sizes have got smaller. I’ve been coming here for years as it’s always been my favourite so I know that it’s definitely changed and not for the better unfortunately. Service spoilt the visit for me again.

    Not a good night at all for us and spoilt our celebrations. Waiting over an hour and a half for food is not acceptable. Management shirking and hiding at the pass rather than addressing complaints shows a complete lack of regard for customers, will most definitely not be visiting again. Whilst we were expecting a vibrant atmosphere, the noise level was akin to eating at Wetherspoons on a Saturday night.

    As always the staff were very friendly and welcoming,the food was absolutely fantastic,and wonderful background music,in a beautiful setting.

    Food was excellent. 3 tapas per person gave a good amount. What let them down was the speed of food delivery. There were a few large parties and the kitchen, although working flat out, could not get the meals out quick enough. It was 45 minutes from ordering before our meal arrived. The serving staff were very courteous and supplied a free drink but we were really hungry!

    We come to Quabana once a month for mum and daughter treat. We did book earlier than we normally do so it was very busy (lunchtime) our food was delayed but the lovely young chap waiting us gave us complementary olives . Unfortunately we were sat next to two women who for the whole two hours we were there, slated every member of their family so obviously we overheard it all! Is was too busy to be moved . Our puddings were forgotten about so my daughter had drank her coffee before they arrived , with apologies from the young chap waiting us. Food amazing as always!

    The chunky chips were very dark and floppy, not fresh and crispy. Had a number of tapas dishes, some were quite small in portion size for £8 to £9, which wasn't really good value. Overall we had a nice meal, but in future would avoid certain dishes
