We take the sensual, Latin flair of Cuba and combine it with the honest flavours of Spain to create dishes that perfectly fuse the two cultures.     Waited over an hour for food , it was very busy and was told the table was only available for 1 hour 45 mins , food was lovely but would of been nice to of been informed on delay of food , would Def go back

    Terrible experience,was sat down at 8pm the time of the booking,they took our orders within 20 minutes,then received drinks quickly but then it went downhill at 9.30pm no food had arrived, when we asked the chef had walked out half way through service,it was a full restaurant and hardly anyone getting food around us,the food arrived around 10pm ,I would say the food was lovely we had tapas,the staff were stressed and stretched for such a busy time of year and were trying their best in very difficult circumstances

    Table booked for 5.30 didn’t eat till 9pm and had an allergic reaction due to them not taking notice of my order properly never go again spoilt our night out

    Clear the restaurant was overbooked. I booked the table weeks ago. Booked for 4:45 and wasn’t taken to table til 5:10. They took us to the roof terrace (which in my previous experience has been for walk ins or last minute bookings). Asked to move into restaurant as I didn’t think it was acceptable to be seated here with a booking made several weeks ago. Food arrived an hour and a half after table booking time. Had to repeatedly ask for drinks. Food was missing from our order and staff were utterly rushed off their feet. The food was wonderful and the staff, especially Lucy, were fantastic but it was clear that too many bookings had been taken and the restaurant couldn’t cope.

    Table booked for 8pm, very busy in the restaurant. Table ready about 8:20 and food not served until around 9:30. We ordered 6 different Tapas and only got served 5. Food was good, nice atmosphere with live singer just disappointing overall.

    Wonderful building and place to go. Price of alcohol is on par with Leeds . The lady who was serving us was very good but didn’t get her all of the time . The place was very busy , they ran out of glasses and couldn’t wash them fast enough. One of our party couldn’t attend sent 3 emails and 4 phone calls . They never got back to me . Luckily the lady ( Katie ) sorted it out when we got there . Food not up to standard but I think this was because they were so busy . We had to pre order our food and for me it wasn’t the best . Would I go back yes but maybe next year when it’s perhaps not as busy .

    We booked a table for a certain time and got there early to be told our table would be ready in a few minutes. However we had to find a member of staff to see about our table as we had another engagement to get to. Once we were finally seated the staff member who took our orders never asked if we had any allergies (we didn’t but that isn’t the point) Over all, the experience wasn’t a positive one, I understand they were busy but when we have booked a table, we expected it to be ready as there were a few empty tables with no signs of reservation on.
