12.12.12 We began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. Our story is about a community's hope to do something special and to bring attention back to the things that matter most- like sitting around a fire, with warm friends, cold beers and great flatbread! Although delicious wood fired flatbread pizza is the champion on our menu it's just the beginning -we are a family friendly restaurant offering unique spins on new American comfort food classics like burgers, chicken tenders, tacos and mac and cheese to name a few.

Thought we would have a better table, I made the reservation weeks in advance! Just was a little disappointed. Food and drinks were great though!

My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for 3 years now. Always had a great meal and service. We were disappointed to say the least after our latest experience. The Greek salad was not prepared as before. Lettuce, little dressing and a sprinkle of tiny peppers and two black olives. We go there for the salad. The pizza was undercooked and we waited for our drinks (10 min) at the bar to then ask another bartender to serve us. We have never had such a bad experience at this restaurant before. I hope it was a one time experience. We have always enjoyed going there. Not sure we are going to go back. I have never written a review like this before.

It was great! We had 11 people for my 33rd birthday and we had a blast! Morgan, our waitress was so kind, attentive, and quick! She was awesome and made it better!

Our server should either not be in his position or he needs some serious training. He literally spoke maybe 2 words to us. When he first arrived at our table he didn’t even say anything. He just stood there and looked at us. The food took an hour to come out and when it did it was cold. Cold eggs Benedict and pizza is NOT appealing. The manager was inadequate too. When he came to our table he asked if we wanted it “heated up”. NO I want you to serve us hot food. Obviously there’s a problem in the kitchen if we have to wait an hour for cold food.

We usually love Rail Trail but our service was ok and the pizza was over cooked and definitely not as tasty as we are accustomed to. We were very disappointed as we took friends and had raved about the place. I reserved through open table and was uncomfortable with having a $100 hold if we no showed/no call.
