The food was okay, my bone marrow was hard, seemed over cooked and only got about a spoon of marrow from each bone - not as good as it used to be. The menu is now very limited. They took off all the good items they used to have. The service was great, though! The other food plates were cooked perfectly.

The menu changed from what was online. Very limited. Did not like options. My husband had fish and chips, which is why we went. I asked for a hamburger. Was told a hamburger was only available during lunch or happy hour. It was still happy hour but had to eat at the bat. I had beet salad and Mac n’ cheese side. One mocktail and one drink $98 before tip. I would not go back.

Service excellent. I ordered the Tomato Risotto. Awesome flavor. However $30 for a portion the size of the bottom of the bowl. No proteins no added veggies such as Asparagus. I also ordered Scallops as an add on. 2 Scallops for $21. Making a 2 Scallop Risotto $51. Very disheartening. Crab Cake was light and filled with Crab. It came out to us in minutes. The Wedge Salad was fresh and perfect. Blue Cheese dressing was amazing. We had the roasted Chicken and the Blanc Sauce was good but again the portion size didn't meet the price as it was just the chicken. Raspberry Tart was also very good.

Our servicer Allison was excellent. The entrees were fine, but not as good as last month when we were there. The desserts were excellent and so were the Brussels sprouts.

We were surprised how everything about that place has changed in less than a year. Last year it was perfect. This time it was horrible. First they tried to make us sit at the most possible far/antisocial place, like a separate room with no one in it. We dis not want it and they sit us to a better place. And it was 5.30 pm, they did not give us all menus. Last year we had the hamburger, this year they said its only in lunch menu and they cannot serve at this time. People were eating hamburger 3 ft away at the bar, they said we need to sit at the bar to eat that:))) Crazy stuff. We couldn’t as we have our kid with us. Total disappointment and zero flexibility.

Although this restaurant has been open in Naperville for two years and we frequently dine in Naperville, this was our first visit to RK. The Beef Wellington was fabulous, as was the beet and wedge salad. Our server, Adam was exceptional. He had a great personality, was attentive, but not overbearing.

Was extremely disappointed in the food, service, and value, which was a real bummer as we went to celebrate my son’s bday. The truffle fries and crab cake were really the only highlight of the meal. (Also appreciated that they have a separate fryer for gluten allergies.) For entrees, we ordered the risotto, chicken, pea soup and beet salad, and beef Wellington, with sides of broccolini and Brussels sprouts. The portion size of the risotto was extremely small and very oily. Portion size of the pea soup was also very small, maybe 3/4 of a cup? It was also very watery with little flavor. It honestly tasted like green veggie juice. Broccolini was decent but the Brussels sprouts were very salty. Beet salad was also very average, slices of beet were pretty large and not seasoned much. The chicken was ok and the beef Wellington was the one hit. Our server wasn’t very attentive, and there was no dessert offered for the birthday. I never write reviews, but given the price of the meal and high expectations that go along with that and the Ramsay name, it honestly felt like a rip-off. Wish we would have gone to Francesca’s across the street.

I visited the restaurant with my family, excited to try the burgers and other dishes. We arrived at 7:30 PM and had a reservation for seven people. Despite this, it took 15 minutes to get us seated. The ambiance was very dark, with minimal lighting, which made it a bit uncomfortable. When we placed our drink order, we asked for three drinks, but only two arrived initially. The third one came 10 minutes later. We wanted to try the burgers, but they informed us they were out of stock, as well as the daily special. We placed our order anyway, but the food took over 30 minutes to arrive. Honestly, I don’t mind paying more for good food and service, but I expected better from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations.
