I thought it would be a really nice experience for my husband and I to check it out with our family for my husband's 50th birthday. It was overall a pretty restaurant, but the second we walked in from the back it smelled like fish. Like bad fish that was going bad. Then we sat down in the front and the service was nice, but the food was terrible. We are not picky and the English pea soup was awful. The tuna tartare awful. I had scallops with the risotto and I only got two scallops and they were really small and the steak. My daughter had was undercooked. It's just super sad. My understanding from a friend and Naperville is that nobody goes there and that they're going to close because the food is terrible. I just don't understand

The place is ok, we’ve been there a few times already and I really dont’ find anything special about it for the higher cost than other similar places. Just a brand name. I still haven’t eaten anything to make it memorable regardless of price.

We had a great time at Ramsays. Started off strong with great old fashions and martinis. Crab cake and tuna tar tar were delicious appetizers. The Beef Wellington lived up to its Gordon reputation. Service was well paced and attentive. We will be back.

Waitstaff definitely not the most attentive, hostess didn’t acknowledge us. Crab cake was tasty however the salad was extremely salty. I had the fish n chips - fish had no seasoning but fried nicely. Other guest had the smash burger which was good. Brussel sprouts saved the day. Cheesecake “slice” was more of a sample. We expected a little better all around.

I thought I was being pranked by Gordon Ramsay when I experienced such terrible service and food quality. The waiter would forget half of whatever we asked for, brought one drink ordered not two, no salt, etc…Manager walked around with a look on his face of why am i doing this? Perhaps I should have applied myself a little more? Filet in the beef Wellington was like meat from Jewel, fish and chips were so heavily breaded, and the chicken wings were not crisp. Service dud to match. We won’t be back and I wish the space was Ted’s Montana Grill, they at least had working soap and paper towels in the rest room.

Food was great. Server had the bar and tables and was too busy. Also, forgot the desert. Still, a worthwhile experience.

The service was amazing. The food was exceptional! We enjoy having a special dinner and this has been our choice the last 2 times.

The Risotto and steak were amazing. My wife said it was one of the best steaks she’s ever had. Service was great, we always leave happy.

Came for my son’s 13th birthday. Greeted and several staff wished my son happy birthday. Server Jennifer was amazing very attentive. It was a wonderful experience.
