Overall we had a good experience- the food was amazing, the service just okay. We had reservations at 8 and didn’t get seated until 8:25. Our waitress said she’d be right back to take our orders after bringing water, but it was after 8:45 by the time we actually ordered drinks and food, which was a little crazy…from there things did get better- when the food eventually came, it was very tasty. Beef Wellington was fantastic, and the tomato risotto was very good (although I added scallops to it- for $21 I would have liked more than 2 of them). We’ll likely be back at some point since the food was excellent, but a little pricey and the service was unimpressive.

I had a 730pm reservation and I was standing at the hostess area right at 730pm yet I was not seated until 750pm. I was told other people had reservations in front of me. Why then would you offer a 730pm reservation if you could not seat me within 10mins? That was the only issue. Food was great, drinks wonderful and the recommendations by the waitress was a home-run!

Very disappointed. Group of 5. Ordered bone marrow and wings as apps. Wings were ok but not nearly as good as the Asian wings they use to serve. Marrow was horrible and no one took more than one bite. Entrees were fish and chips (very fishy and sauce was terrible). Didn’t get eaten however chips were good. Crab cake and scallops also not good……mainly because the sauce was horrible and scallops not properly seared. Strip steak was cooked perfectly and tasted good but very gristly. Also cost $90 for a 14 oz gristly steak. Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts were good. Worst “fine dining” experience I’ve ever had where 4 out of 5 entrees weren’t even eaten. For dessert Sticky toffee pudding, pot de crème and cheesecake were good. Service was very good.

We are always treated very well at Ramsay’s Kitchen, like Family. The staff is so helpful and can describe every dish. The menu features a variety of Chef Ramsay’s dishes, all very delicious! Our last visit was for our 51st Wedding Anniversary. It was our 12th visit there. Love it there!

Service was great. The food was meh, except for the sticky toffee pudding. That was delicious. The lamb was dry and the wellington lacked flavor, although it was cooked to a very nice med rare to rare. When I'm paying the entree prices I did, I expect to be wowed. I was not wowed.

The service and food were exceptional! We went for dinner earlier, 5:30pm. Got a table in a quiet area. Waitress was very accommodating and polite. The food, beef wellington, and sticky toffee pudding were fantastic! Will be coming back again soon!

I’ve been to this location a few times & the food is always 10/10. My husband and I both ordered the filet and shared the tomato risotto, truffle fries and crab cake. The steak is so flavorful, crab cake is perfectly crispy on the outside, truffle fries are perfection.

The food was a taste sensation! It was amazing to watch the chefs! Server was on point. Absolutely fabulous experience !!
