The atmosphere was more like a fast food joint as opposed to a classy restaurant. Wait times were excessive, food was sub par (potatoes weren’t cooked through, several items were sold out by 7pm, steak was flavorless). Constant yelling of “service” at the food line was distracting to the over all experience. For the price, I expected more

We dined on Christmas Eve and it was very busy. However our reservation was not ready can we have to wait twenty minutes. Our appetizers were great. However, we got our meal without our aside dish, which came fifteen minutes later. My steak was tender, but lukewarm, almost room temperature. Desserts were delicious. It was very noisy because we were seated by the kitchen with a manager screaming explitaves at the kitchen help, just like Chef Ramsay. I will not be back.

My son was literally shocked by how great the beef Wellington was. Expensive dinner for a family of 5, but the quality matches the price point.

Makayla was our server and she was fun and efficient. We sat by the kitchen and one of the people watching the food come out was yelling SERVICE all the time. It was quite alarming to the atmosphere. We ordered a bottle of wine and instantly noticed our server was inexperienced and poured straight toward the label instead of the opposite side. Not a big deal but just figured they would teach them how to serve wine. We went for Christmas and my hubs had the fillet and added bone marrow. He also ended up getting 2 scallops for some reason. The bone marrow was pretty bland. I had the scallops and they were really good. We also got a side of Brussel sprouts (which we eat at home at least 1-2 times a week). They were not seasoned at all. We were really disappointed. For the cost, we felt the food should have been more flavorful.

Christmas Day meal was very pleasant in large part because of the courtesy and kindness of waitperson Victoria. Victoria served Christmas Day 2:30-4:00 pm. A QR code was provided but would not engage. Please note a 5* rating for waitperson Victoria, who is a very professional member of the Ramsay’s Kitchen staff in Oklahoma City. Thank you

Food was great. I would give it 4.5 stars. Service was friendly and good. Drinks were good. Only complaint is we felt rushed . They want you to order everything at once. No relaxing and enjoying! Only real complaint was… for a price you are paying they should make sure your steak is cooked at the correct temp when serving it.

Food was amazing and service was fantastic. There was a hostess that was kind of snooty and offended when we did not want to sit by the door and in the walking path. However, she seemed sour when she started waitressing later in the evening as well, so I won't rate the restaurant on one bad attitude.

I’ve been several times and always had great experiences. Tonight was NOT one of those times! Took a long time to get food/drinks, food was on cool side of warm, which wasn’t the best way to serve our particular dishes (Fish/Chips, Lobster/Shrimp spaghetti). Perhaps Beef Wellington threw ticket times out of sync… Lack of service- they seemed much shorter staffed than usual, perhaps because it’s Dec 23rd. Took forever to get anyone’s attention during the meal for anything (cocktail, water, dessert/check). Did not stand up to the norm. I hope it was just an off night or the result of being severely understaffed- or just a bad waiter?

We had reservations for over a week. Upon arrival, we had to wait while observing numerous open tables. We asked for a quiet table that looked out onto the lights, and they seated us in the loudest area next to the kitchen. We refused to sit there. they took us back to a quieter table with no view. We sat there for dinner and watched a great table that viewed the lights THAT NO ONE EVER SAT AT. The scallops were not fresh or just tasted bad. This place is not run like a Ramsey restuant.
