It was amazing! From when you walk in until the time you leave. The food is delicious. Nothing like I have ever had in a restaurant. The chefs and Birdie so attentive and informative. Bring your appetite and your wallet. Well worth the experience!!!

Amazing coursed meal!! Food was astounding. Our only complaint was the ambience.. lighting was odd, tables were very close together, everyone seated in one room for a simultaneous dining experience, not very intimate and hard to converse. The overall experience is long be prepared to sit for 3+ hours.

We were pretty disappointed this time. Our first experience was great. This time the service was very slow, none of our courses were warm when we received them and the signature drinks provided were an embarrassment to this restaurant. A local beer 345 which is known for being cheap and disgusting was used for one. A “local gin” that the server could not identify (likely just blackbeards… again, cheap and disgusting) was used for another drink. The mulled wine was not drinkable and tasted like cleaning fluid. Wine served was noted to be on the cheap side as well (approx $25/bottle at local liquor stores). Considered whether we should have done prestige drink pairing but it was too late.

Young staff tries hard and is still learning in this relatively new restaurant. Maitre De Brindley is excellent. The overall experience at Raza at the indigo Hotel is a step behind the five-star tasting experience at the Chefs Table at their sister restaurant Avecita at the adjacent Kimpton Seafire hotel.

Service was attentive and phenomenal. Room spacing created a loud environment with other diners both within the Rasa space as well as main dining room of Catalina which Rasa is situated behind. Food was beautiful in its preparation and presentation but in my humble opinion needed more simple seasonings like salt for example which was lacking across the dishes especially the beef. Was wowed by all the detailed descriptions and seemingly endless ingredients in each course but wanted more memorable flavor profiles which I thought was lacking.

Rasa exceeded our expectations for our 8th anniversary dinner. The ambience was lovely, and the welcome drinks were fantastic. They catered to our dietary needs with a custom menu. Brydie, our server, was attentive and delightful. The food transported us through the theme, making it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Working through the courses at Rasa, we had quickly realized that this was going to be one of the best dining experiences of our lives. The curated menu was incredibly well thought out and every element on every dish was an absolute treat. We elected the premium wine pairing, and the sommelier Brenton had an incredible story for each pairing. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks for the amazing experience, and we'll be back for the next rendition of the menu!

For a couple of people who have dietary restrictions but love food, the overall experience was phenomenal at Rasa. The chef and the waiter/sommolier skillfully explain each dish prior to consuming, which makes the experience more tantalizing. They were very attentive to our gluten and dairy allergies, and their food alternatives (eg dairy free cheese) were delectable. If we weren’t already booked the rest of the week, we would absolutely go back another night. Cheers to Rasa!
