    They overbooked, so we had to wait 45 min until we were seated, although we had a reservation . The food was not great Well overrated

    I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER RESERVATION HERE !!! Booked a 7:15 reservation (only way to get a table here) arrived at 7:10 and was told, “we can’t guarantee your reservation time but will be seated in order of availability ” EXCUSE YOUR FINEST PARDON !!! So why have people make a reservation if you won’t honor it. It was for my husband’s birthday so I sucked it up. We got to our table at 7:54 !! Once we got situated, the waiter asked for our drinks; we were sitting there until 8:18 WITHOUT drinks !! We left and went to Pappadeaux, best decision of the night; especially because a Caesar salad at Ray’s was $15 and at Pappadeaux was $10

    We go to Killer Creek for special occasions. It is a little pricey but we have never been disappointed. The food and service is always outstanding

    Had a great experience celebrating graduation with my fiancee and my families. Server was very friendly and fun, and the food was delicious. The only downside was the seating- we were seated right next to the door facing the outdoor patio, and due to the servers going in and out frequently, it was a bit uncomfortable, but not the end of the world. Would visit again (perhaps for one of their buffets!)

    I organized a year-end farewell gathering with good friends and their spouses, and I suggested this place. However, I still feel sorry toward my friends. Two bottles of wine we didn’t even drink were added to our table’s bill, some dishes fell far short of the descriptions on the menu in terms of quality, and while the live music was good, the chatter on the mic after the performance disrupted our conversations. Though $210 was refunded two days later, it only happened after I spent hours on calls and emails arguing with them. Would they have refunded the money if I had just let it slide without complaining? Did the servers and cashiers really not know about the mistake? When you take your seat, make sure to check the chair for any food debris before sitting down. My chair had something sticky, like melted chocolate, and it made a complete mess! I’ve decided never to recommend this place to my friends again.

    We had a 6:30 reservation, but weren't sat until 6:50. We had a server and server in training who came and filled our waters upon sitting. 30 minutes later, we still only had water, no drink orders were taken. (Which our server spilled all over the table every time she filled the glasses) I had to find her to ask her to take our order. My husband ordered a beer that never came and my son ordered a scoop of ice cream that never came. And, then she forgot that she didn't bring the to-go boxes back, which we had to wait longer for. We were there for a Birthday celebration and it was one of the worst service experiences we have had, especially for a fine dining restaurant. Very disappointing.
