We look forward to tasting Chateau Ste Michelle with Ste Michelle's Master Educator. Eroica Riesling Old world meets new world. The Eroica partnership brings together two of the world's greatest Riesling producers, famed German winemaker Ernst Loosen and Chateau Ste. Michelle's Katie Nelson. Eroica Riesling offers sweet lime and mandarin orange aromas with subtle mineral notes. The mouth-watering acidity is beautifully balanced by flavorful Washington Riesling fruit. Chateau St Michelle Cold Creek Chard Planted in the 1970s, Cold Creek is one of Washington's oldest and most acclaimed vineyards. Early bud break and warm, dry growing conditions result in a greater concentration of flavors. The Chardonnay is decadent with ripe fruit intensity and a unique old-vine signature. Spring Valley Uriah Red Blend 93 points The 2022 Uriah is terroir driven with aromas of wheat, black currant, a glimpse of plum fig and cigar box. On the palate, the blackberry and raspberry fruit is followed by smooth tannins and a soft rose petal mid palate. The wine finishes with great texture, smooth tannins and a mouthwatering finish. Chateau St Michelle Red Mountain Cabernet 93 points From the smallest American Viticultural Area in size, Red Mountain wines are anything but diminutive. The wine is crafted to showcase the ripe fruit characteristics, incredible aromatics and concentrated tannins that reflect Washington state’s warmest growing region. Tamber Bey Wines | A Horse-Powered Tale

Tamber Bey: We are winemakers, but we are also equestrian enthusiasts. Our title is a portmanteau of the barn names—or nicknames—of Barry’s first two Arabian endurance horses, Tamborina (Tamber) and Bayamo (Bey). We are moved as much by terroir and typicity as we are by the “moment of suspension,” when a galloping horse takes flight. The way we talk about wine is the way we talk about horsemanship: Both are pursuits of skill, refinement, strength, nature, and beauty. Sauvignon Blanc Lively flavors of grapefruit, white peach, guava, white flower and candied apricot provide the perfect introduction to this racy, playful wine that balance serious quality with serious fun. On the palate, the wine undulates with layers of texture, flavor and zippy acidity. Pure elegance in a bottle. Chardonnay Complex aromas include green apple, ripe Persian melon, mandarin orange, lemon blossom and fresh fennel bulb. While on the palate, the wine is delicate, crisp and ultra fresh. Pinot Noir Bright flavors of tart cherry, candied pomegranate, rhubarb and fresh anise. The push and pull between zingy acidity and an opulent midpalate create a texture that builds in layers on the palate. Deau Chevaux Cabernet Dense, blue-black fruit notes of cassis, black raspberry, chocolate covered cherries and dark plum are balanced by a powerful explosion of flavor on the palate, and a rich, lingering finish. Diverse menu with great food options. Quality, flavor and proportions are good. Restaurant atmosphere is inviting and service was outstanding.

We enjoyed our evening and will go back again. Service was excellent (gentleman from Montenegro). We sat outside in front which was very pleasant with some road noise but not much you can do. Cauliflower was very good. The carrot feta dip needs more flavor. Only downside was the valet parking. We weren’t aware of it and had no cash for a tip. Maybe set up Venmo for them?

Everything was great!!! We ate outside and it was pleasant except for the occasional loud car and horns with people leaving bar across street on a Friday night

We sat outside on the patio on Bayshore and it was extremely loud with traffic wizzing by. In addition, there were two large parties who were boisterous. The service was attentive, the food was good. We thought the menu was limited. We would go back but probably request inside next time.
