Our Valentines Pop Up Bar, with our tiki cocktails and apps and our couples dinner experience is almost here. Pop up starts 2/7, couples dinner starts 2/10. 💘💖💗💓 Menu will be posted
The Red Gill Bistro is in the center of the largest land mass city in the US located off of interstate 95 and JTB (202). We pride ourselves on our Southern cuisine with a very good variety to choose from; serving authentic Florida style southern fixin’s made from scratch. We offer some of the freshest seafood, and our Low Country Boils, made from our special blends of ground spices are sure to tempt the palette of any low country boil connoisseur. To match that we have some of the best finger licking good barbecue smoked to perfection on site with our state of the art smokers. Our chefs painstakingly watch some of our meats for almost 20 hours. We also offer, an extensive wine list, local beers and a complete bar.

Come and celebrate all things love with us at The Red Gill Bistro. Our valentines tiki inspired pop-up bar will be in full effect and you will be engulfed in all things cupid-lights, hearts, specialty barware and We will have unique appetizers to go with our tiki cocktails. Make our Couples Dinner the highlight of your celebration. 4 Course meal for 2 with lots of options. Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions, as we will do our best to accommodate. We came in on a Monday night and attending the Valentines pop up menu for couples!Tamika (sorry if I spelled wrong) was our server/bartender! Very sweet, checked in often! Drinks were so pretty and 10/10! The chef also brought us out our food, and you can tell each dish was made with so much love! He was also so kind! Everything we ate was sooo good! The manager I didn’t catch her name, but also was so inviting and you can tell she puts a lot of effort and time in making sure her establishment is decorated, and running smoothly! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great date night !

I absolutely enjoyed the vibrant festive atmosphere, which was perfectly complemented by the Sippin' Santa theme. The special menu featured an enticing array of holiday-inspired dishes that tantalized the taste buds. Our food arrived promptly, each dish bursting with incredible flavor that really captured the spirit of the season. To top it off, the cocktails were a delightful treat, skillfully crafted and wonderfully refreshing. It was an experience that truly celebrated the joy of the holidays!

Went for the Sippin Santa Popup Bar, very cute! Fun vibe and lots of themed drinks to choose from. Staff is kind and keeps everything moving smoothly.

We had a great time at Red Gill! The drinks were incredible. The vibes immaculate. Sippin’ Santa was a great way to kick off the holiday season and we will be back!

Waitress was very nice but the overall restaurant was disappointing. Water is served in plastic cups. Most of the sides have pork fat in them and I asked for different sides. She was happy to bring them for a charge because there are no substitutes. That is fine, although on the annoying side. The sides came out cold so we asked if we could get hot sides and the waitress was pleasant, apologized and took the food. But then she brought back the exact same food after put in the microwave vs giving us a fresh hot side. Photos on line looked great. The fried shrimp was good but most everything else was greasy or not so fresh.
