It is what you expect from a chain restaurant after many years it was not the worst thing but it was not amazing

Large menu so have a idea of what you want..shrimp, lobster, and so on. Everything was served pipeing hot. Can't go wrong.

Waited over an hour for our food. Food was cold. Disappointed with food being cold.

We had a party of 6. The food took an hour to get to our table. Then, it took 40 minutes for us to get our bill and an additional 30 minutes for the bills to be paid. I wouldn’t recommend this Red Lobster.

When the food finally came out it was cold the waiter forgot about drinks forgot about lemons

Went on a date with my wife. Food was good, our server Ashley was really good. However, the restaurant was FREEZING🥶🥶🥶 as if we were eating outside in the parking lot. The manager said red lobster policy is they can not turn ANY heat on, to prevent CoVid from spreading.

Open table “reservation” did not have any advantage Treated as a walk-in with 30 minute wait Checkin area noisy and a bit chaotic Food and value was good as expected

It’s Red Lobster ..I do t expect miracles.. our server was great!!! The scampi was overly greasy... and my steak was undercooked!!
