Our server was great, very attentive. We did not have to wait more than 10 minutes and there was not a big crowd waiting to be seated. Food was good.

At Red Lobster... The price keeps going up with quality of food going down. I would also recommend the lunch option menu on weekends be brought back. Otherwise, this is likely my last visit to Red Lobster on a weekend.

The time between getting drinks and food was long, and the stuffed flounder was underwhelming to say the least. They plated a bushel of fried Brussel sprouts next to the sliver of flounder, so it appeared as if my entree was sprouts.

Initial service from the hostess was weird. She had never heard of Open Table, seemed annoyed and was plain rude like she would rather be anywhere else but working.

Red lobster in Conyers needs to be removed from open table as I was told that they do not take open table reservations or any reservation. We were told that although Red lobster is on open table...when you get there they just put you in line in the order that you arrived with everyone else who has no reservation. That makes no sense. However I did speak to the manager and she was kind of enough to place us immediately this time. However moving forward she said they don't take reservations. so be aware

Overall horrible experience. Had a 6:30 reservation. We weren’t seated until 7:55. The insulting point was the fact that a party of 4 and another party of 3 were seated prior to us. Both of which came in and checked in after us. I was standing by the hostess stand and heard both parties requesting tables after I checked in. What’s the point of an open seat priority seating reservation if you’re just pushed behind everyone else? Then after sitting down and ordering appetizers, entrees, and drinks at the same time(we didn’t want to wait any longer) my appetizer was dropped on the floor by my waitress. I had to wait for another one to be prepared and served to me. Drinks too a long time to get served also. Then the icing on the cake was my entree did not have the right side dishes and the broccoli was well over cooked. I had to send it back and wait on the correct sides. Our waitress was doing her best but clearly she was overworked. While waiting for our table originally I heard the hostess and manager tell a few patrons that a lot of staff called out sick, it was the holiday season, and they were severely understaffed. I understand that and know things are rough during this pandemic, but If things are that bad they should limit the amount of people they are serving or just close completely on nights like that.

Nice service but it still was a1 hour wait with the open table reservation and I didn’t receive my points after checking in

Just average. This location in need of a remodel, menu upgrade. Quality of food not like it use to be years ago. Waitress was great.
