    It was Valentine’s Day so obviously going to be busy but making a reservation and only being sat 45 minutes later is wild.

    Booked a table in advance for Valentine's Day date, after an hour of waiting for the table in overcrowded hallway we had to leave without the table. It was my first time visiting Red Lobster, never again.

    Valentine’s Day was a mess at Red Lobster. A 7.45 reservation got us a seat at 8.45. Looks like they double or triple booked reservations. Service was slow due to how busy the kitchen was. Food was extremely average except for a few starters. This was our first time at RL and I’m not sure we’ll be coming back.

    We arrived on time and they were still seating older reservations. I am disabled and eventually they got me a chair. The waiter was great and surprisingly the wait for food wasn’t bad. I am totally disappointed in their new food portions and prices and even the plates were smaller. I ordered two lobster tails and they were youngster’s at best, the potato was not a large baking potato. I understand the situation with the economy but a considerable number of merchants are taking advantage of us. I’m a long time customer but won’t be back.

    Had a lovely Valentines dinner here. Food was delicious. It was very busy so there was quite the wait time and staff were rushed off their feet but otherwise it was an enjoyable experience. Our waiter also gave us extra buns (fresh) to take home which was a nice touch.

    My kids and I had a good time. The food was good, prepared well, taste well, good temperature, and good portion. Our server, Lidia, was very courteous and catered to our needs. She helped us make decisions on food and drink choices based on what we expressed to her and it was well received. The ambience was nice too: nicely lit, and not noisy at all. We'd go back!

    Excellent menu with lots of choices for seafood lovers. Service is great, big place, prices are high but for the quality and taste and quantity it is worth. Great cocktails as well. Highly recommending this location in Mississauga ( Burnhamthorpe road).

    The manager takes a personal interest ensuring people get to their table easily and make it out safely when leaving. Our waitress was incredible. She was always there when we needed her. The food was excellent and they too special care with my gluten-free requirements. All in all a great meal.
