   Long wait times to be seated, even when you make a reservation. I had to wait over an hour for my food. Reservation made at 8pm…didn’t get seated until 9pm and food didn’t come until 10pm

   we had reservations i booked thru open table and still took almost 30 min to get seated. our server was very attentive but we had to wait a good 45 min to get our food, the food was tasty and we very much enjoyed it. there was no ambiance at all and was very quiet which is ok but red lobster needs to be updated here in Murfreesboro.

   The service was good. The food was good, but it wasn’t quick! Some of our food was cold when it came out. We had to wait for about 30 minutes for entrees after we finished our appetizers. It was just an off night.

   Freezing cold in the restaurant (it’s December out, but put the heat on RL!). The food took about an hour to come out, and my son’s meal took an extra 5-10 min after. Initially the server was very attentive, but after the first 15 minutes she stopped checking on us. The food was “meh”, nothing worth writing a review about. I wouldn’t go back. Makes sense why Red Lobster is going out of business.

   We had an excellent server; very prompt and she had a great attitude. The food was great, and the Brussels Sprouts were the best I’ve tasted anywhere. We had crab legs and they were good but we’re too expensive for what they were. It was an expensive meal but we enjoyed it.

   The restaurant hours said open on google and open table. The reservation was also accepted. Got to the restaurant and it was closed.

    I never give major chains a 5-star review. They’re too standardized to allow for variations on their standard fare. That is also the good news. You can go there and pretty much know what you’re getting. It’s the level of service that makes the difference and this is the only Red Lobster I’ve been to in several years. I have been back because servers like Delaney (our server last night) have made us feel like guests, not burdens to move in and out as quickly as possible. The best way to compete with upper scale restaurants is with service. This “store” has figured that out.
