    A pesar de ser un di feriado (San Valentine) manejaron bien el servicio. Tuvimos que esperar bastante por la comida pero es entendible por la cantidad de personas que había en el lugar. Buena presentación en el plato y buen gusto.

    I don’t think I’ll will be making reservations. We had a reservation for 830 didn’t get checked in and seated until 9 pm. Complete lack of organization and risk lack of understand how to manage a heavy crowd.

    Although we had reservations we got seated with a little persistent kind of quickly. Unfortunately I felt really bad for the hostess she did as best as she could with what she could control. My biggest concern is that it’s literally been about 5 years since I’ve visited this location and reason being the place is over crowded to get in. I think for a well established restaurant that the management team would be more proficient. The  waitress we had was very friendly and lightened the mood from being frustrated. And with that said I really hope that Red Lobster can address and correct this matter. As I would like to return to my favorite restaurant. Sincerely Gary Wilson

    My server tonight was very friendly and helpful. Tonight I celebrated my son's birthday and the whole staff was so kind. Im so glade we went to red lobster.

    Overall it was ok. We made a reservation on here but they said it’s not really a reservation which is ok. They said 20 minute wait for the two of us. An hour later we were still waiting and people were going in that came after us. The restaurant was very quiet so I still don’t understand why we couldn’t just sit. They were very rude every time we were checking how much longer. Our server was nice but didn’t come around much. Food came out very quick though.

    Our food took over an hour to cook. Some of it was burnt as plates had been sitting under heat for a while.

    Shrimp & Grits ordered, but kitchen was out of grits and substituted rice, shrimp were scorched and overcooked. Service was slow, likely because of short staffing, server did her best and was courteous. Music was too loud making conversation difficult.

    Our waitress was attentive and did her job very well. Our food came out hot and was just exactly what we wanted. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

    Had to remind our server about more cheddar bisquit request, and the mojitos we ordered took awhile to come out, but in all there was good food, and otherwise good service. Will return.
