Es un restaurant chino fuera de lo común, elegante y bien montando, muy buena comida y servicio. Como sugerencia podrían ampliar la carta de vinos que es bastante reducida.

Adamar was excellent. They are always very attentive here and take good care of customers. Atmosphere is excellent. Hot Sour soup excellent. Egg drop soup a bit much on the chives this time, but good. See you again soon!

It’s great to finally find a real Chinese restaurant in PBC that deserves a high rating. We sought an indoor booth in the quieter part of the restaurant. The scallion pancake is a large order that can be shared by 4-6 people. It’s excellent, though a bit too salty for my taste. The four rib appetizer is rich and filling, meaty with a nice sweet sauce coating. The chicken soup dumplings are outstanding, but be careful because they are hot! For entres we shared the sesame beef and the cold needles with cucumber. The beef is fried, so crunchy, not tender, and comes with perfectly steamed broccoli. The cold noodle dish was delish. We can’t wait to go back and try other menu items.

The restaurant is beautiful but we ate outside as the noise level was too high. The waitress was very good and the food is definitely on another level to most Chinese restaurants in general. Great evening

Happy hour drinks at the bar were sub standard as was the service but the sticky ribs and charred edamame were very good. We moved to a table and ordered real craft cocktails which were pricey but quite good. The wagyu dumplings were good but pricey and the Mu Shu duck, recommended by the server, was awful (over cooked veggies and dried out duck).The manager removed it from the check. The meal/experience was disappointing.
