   I think it was great that the hosts at the front accommodated our reservation despite being early. I think the food, especially to steak could’ve been better because I ordered the steak and fries which had a lot more fries than the meat within itself but other than that, the Negroni was my favorite. The service was as friendly as I could expect and forthcoming.

   I ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl; it was super tasty. There was a little spice to it, which was nice. The vegetables were fresh in it and it looked very presentable. My only thing was that the waitress did not really come around to see if we needed anything because she was the only waitress in the area and there were a lot of tables she had to serve on the patio. I did walk up to her once because we wanted a dessert menu. I was sort annoyed of waiting. However, she did take a birthday picture with birthday cake when I asked her to.

   I had gone to Reds in the past and it was very good. Great food ambience and service. Then a few months back I went and the food was lackluster at best. I chalked it up to maybe bad night, different things on the menu, etc. then went for Mother’s Day brunch and again the food was lackluster. Flavors were non existence, presentation was elementary at best. Service and ambience was great. Appreciated the complementary sparkling wine and cookie for Mother’s Day but probably will not go back as the food was not up to standards.

   I was looking online for a spot to meet a friend in the west end and this seemed like a good choice; I'm so glad I discovered Reds! From checking in, to our fantastic server Natalie we felt so welcome. The ambiance was excellent and our drinks were expertly crafted. We shared apps and they were also quite yummy, the dragon rolls were the standout. I will definitely be back for a complete dinner. Thanks so much for the memorable hospitality!!

   Absolutely terrible service, no matter the time or day. You can expect to awkwardly hang out at the front of the restaurant for 5 minutes while servers and other staff walk by you without nary a glance. Once you’re finally greeted and seated you’ll be blessed with another wait, likely around 15 minutes. After placing your order for the main and second round drinks you’ll be lucky to see your server again once over the course of a 2 hour meal (we were not lucky). And actually, it probably would have been slower to a 90 minute meal if they had bothered to check in on us and give us the cheque. Standard Sysco food

   Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of our Server, but she was really great. She was attentive. She was friendly and smiley. The food was only mediocre. The chicken club that I had had chewy chicken in it. One piece I didn’t eat. The churros for dessert were way undercooked and very meal in the centre instead of being crunchy. The rest of my family’s food was OK. The ambiance is nice, but it is super expensive for a fast casual kind of restaurant. I would say probably 20% too expensive.

    I have an allergy to gluten and they were super helpful in accommodating it. Victoria was an excellent server and an absolute delight
