The Redstone burger is always a winner. Our waiter was very professional and courteous. I was there catching up with a friend and we never felt rushed.

We had a very pleasant meal at RedStone. Our waitress was very nice and helpful picking out our meals.

Redstone has a few dishes we really like. The prosciutto flatbread and spicy Thai noodles are great. And our servers have typically been good. However, a $17 Manhattan is expensive or Thai noodles with beef protein cost $40+. I don’t mind expensive prices because then you are usually paying for space between tables and guests. Not at Redstone. Tables are as close as they can be. They are too close. You are bumping chairs against each other and trying to live the table a bit. It is really annoying and probably why I don’t go there more often.

Unfortunately, the service and food was not very good this time. Our appetizer never arrived, and main meal only arrived after asking an hour later where it was. Our compliant was received and the head manager tried making it better but at the end we learnt from him that our bill was increased by an automatic gratuity without our knowledge. We were a party of four so not a large party. He corrected it and apologized to us. My recommendation is for guests to check their bills carefully before paying.

Shannon was an absolutely amazing server who made our meal incredibly pleasant. The food was delicious. We had a great time.

Overall our experience on Jan 17, 2025 was not as good as our experiences at the Plymouth Meeting location. We were seated promptly but had to wait at least 15 minutes before our waitress arrived. The food was average at best and way overpriced. Spare ribs were very dry and overcooked.
