                                                    As we were walking in on New Years Eve, a couple walking out voluntarily offered their review to us - "It's amazing"! My husband and I have to agree, all the categories were 5 star. So thrilled to have a beautiful option so close to home. Thank you Brookmere! Happy New Year and Cheers to 2025!

                                                    Food/presentation was exceptional. Staff was attentive and friendly. Oysters were delicious. Our main meals, short ribs and the cassoulet, were great and the desert was fantastic. The bread basket was unique and really quite good, although you had to buy the basket separately—still worth it. Overall, a great first experience. This restaurant just recently opened. The menu is small but was great for us.

                                                    From the moment we were greeted at the door to the time we walked out, our experience was absolutely exceptional. The recommendations by the wait staff and food were divine, the level of care they paid to us throughout the meal was exemplary and the overall atmosphere was palpable. A welcomed addition to the Saratoga hospitality scene and we look forward to seeing how it flourishes in months and years to come!

                                                    The meal and service were amazing. Arnole provided us with fantastic service for our family. Incredible new venue in Saratoga. Very high recommendation. Going to be a jewel in n Saratoga. Looking forward to our next visit.

                                                    Our dining experience was exceptional. We made a last minute reservation and Jose was very accommodating when we preferred a booth over a table. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar while waiting a few minutes for our booth. We splurged and ordered the Mussels, Crab Omelette, and Regent Bread Basket for the appetizers. They all were phenomenal but the mussels were my favorite. I'll be sure to order them every time! Don't dismiss the bread basket. I loved how hot and fresh several of them were, along with the great flavors and textures and the salted whipped butter that came with them. For the main course, we ordered the Chicken Ballotine and the Scallops. The presentation was amazing, we couldn't wait to taste. Patrick, the Manager, took the time to describe the process in making the Chicken Ballotine which deserves respect. I had the scallops and it'll be tough for me to try something new because they were phenomenal!! Our waitress, Amber, was an absolute pleasure. She was attentive, fun, and really made us feel welcomed and special. Amber, Patrick, and Jose went above and beyond and were truly interested in receiving honest feedback as we made our way through the meal. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on dessert since we were too full after enjoying the 3 appetizers and 2 entrees. I can only imagine how good they are. Shoutout to the chef, we can't wait to come back!!

                                                    Exceptional service and food. Nice to see some familiar faces working there. Creative cocktails. The foods as good as any of top rated restaurants in the area. Would like to see the bread service offered in a smaller size for 2-4 people. Definitely looking forward to going back to try their Happy Hour.
