Reserve always provides an exceptional dining experience. The venue is intimate and charming. The service staff are top notch and very knowledgeable about the wines and course offerings. The ten course tasting menu was inspired with extraordinary courses including the Prosciutto & Melon with halloumi, creme fraiche and mint; the Corn Pudding with lobster and parmesan; Veal Sweetbreads (not served in enough fine dining establishments) perfectly prepared with apple, onion and chestnut; a whimsical and delicious White Alba Truffle fondue, with the truffles shaved table-side; hard to beat the Japanese A5 Wagyu Filet Mignon; and the finale was an Ube Creme Catalana, an extremely delicious dessert making you want to eat two, which was offered me. The sophistication and ingenuity of the current menu is truly remarkable. A GREAT place to dine.
