Step into the waterkant restaurant and experience how first-class fish is prepared in the show kitchen. Chef Corey Mulsow and his team conjure up creative dishes with intense flavors from freshly caught fish and the "Catch of the Day". The culinary concept is underlined by the extraordinary design by British star architect David Chipperfield. Stylish and communicative - this is how the innovative restaurant presents itself and impresses with its clear lines and high-quality materials.

Start with an aperitif at the 6-metre-long counter of the waterkant bar or in the cozy lounge area before we spoil you with delicious fish dishes while your gaze wanders out of the panoramic windows on the second floor over the Blohm und Voss harbour docks.

    Sehr schönes Ambiente mit Weihnachtsdeko, das Essen hervorragend im Geschmack und dekorativ angerichtet. Die Servicekraft sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen um einen besonderen Abend zu verbringen.

    Der Abend im Restaurant Waterkant war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, was man leider heute in der gehobenen Gastronomie kaum noch findet. Absoluter Hammer! Unbedingt hingehen.

    Außergewöhnlicher Service, wirklich auf Sterne-Restaurant-Niveau! Das Essen war toll angerichtet und sehr sehr lecker. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!
