Our server was wonderful. The food was good, very good, but wasn’t hot. Kinda interesting. We were celebrating two birthdays and they brought us 2 delish cookies on the house. It was very thoughtful. Overall, really good experience.

The steak was 10/10 I love trying new restaurants and we will be coming back, everything we got was so yummy would recommend!

The food overall was great in taste and texture. However, the waitress that serve us was one of the worst experiences given the overall expectations at such a restaurant. The waitress continuously gave our party an attitude. I would say she mocked us for her own mistake in hearing what we ordered. Both me and my boyfriend saw her mocked us and laughed behind us with her staff and then returned to say we miscommunicated. If we were to return next time, this sort of behavior will not be accepted.

Gorgeous and delicious, but so painfully loud. And it’s a bit pricey, but the food was delicious

I had high expectations for RH Rooftop in Palo Alto, given its upscale branding and premium pricing. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the price tag. The presentation was very basic, and the taste was nothing special—far from the high-quality experience one would expect at this price point. However, the highlight of the visit was the service. The hosts and staff were exceptional, attentive, and welcoming, making the overall experience better than it would have been based on the food alone. If you’re looking for a beautiful ambiance and great service, this spot might be worth a visit. But if food quality is your main priority, you may find it disappointing for the price.

I’ve been to different RH restaurants. Palo Alto is also pretty nice. I like the rooftop vibe. It’s a bit noisy. Overall, the food is tasty. Can’t go wrong with the truffle fries, Steak and charred broccolini.
