Restoration Hardware (Palo Alto) definitely leans on the high-end side in both ambiance and pricing. The service was solid—timely and attentive, with staff checking in on us regularly without being overbearing. While the food was good, the prices felt a bit high for the quality. That said, the atmosphere more than makes up for it. The interior has a sleek, modern feel, with clean lines, contemporary furniture, and large open spaces. However, it can get quite loud, which makes it difficult to have a soft conversation. If you're seeking a more intimate, cozy, or traditional romantic vibe, this might not be the best fit, as it leans more toward bold, sophisticated luxury. One thing to note is that there’s a $10 per guest fee for bringing outside desserts, which can add up if you're planning to celebrate by bringing in a special treat. I’d recommend visiting during the day to fully appreciate the glass roof, as the effect is much less impressive at night without natural light. The space really shines in daylight, offering a bright and airy atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking to splurge for a special occasion or just want to enjoy a visually stunning environment. Just be prepared for higher prices and a bit of noise. Would I recommend it? Yes, but with the caveat that it’s more about the experience and setting than the food itself.

This was my first visit to RH and it was a lovely surprise. The decor was breathtaking and the ambiance was lovely. We went for lunch and every dish was excellent. I highly recommend the mini lobster and caviar roll appetizer. Each roll was only a bite, but it was scrumptious . We also loved the Chinese chicken salad which was perfectly prepared. The roasted chicken club was quite good also. Our waiter was outstanding and I will definitely return.

Celebrated our anniversary and had excellent service with extra attention for our special night. Food was spot on.

Three of us had a lovely birthday celebration for a lady friend. The RH Rooftop Restaurant was the perfect place in a lovely and elegant setting. The service provided by Isabella was discreet, efficient and not overbearing. We all ordered the chicken salad that had pieces of grilled chicken in it. The dressing was bit too vinegary, but the salad was good. We shared an order of crisp fries. The meal ended with a candle and warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie as a special treat for the birthday girl. We would definitely go back again, and not just for a special celebration. As we were leaving, Isabelle asked if we’d like to have our picture taken. She suggested posing in front of the beautiful fountain located in the center of the restaurant. It was such a thoughtful gesture, we now have a fond photo memory of our birthday luncheon.

Great food, beautiful room, inconsistent service. At RH’s prices, all the entrees ordered by a party of 4 should arrive within a minute or two of each other, not (as happened to us) 5-7 minutes apart.

I loved every dish and love coming here!!! The burrata is my favorite! The grilled shrimp and asparagus dish is so flavorful and my favorite as well. This RH has more options so you can bring kids and adults alike.
