Join Chef Clint Connaway at our chef's table experience which offers unparalleled proximity to the live fire culinary action, allowing you to witness the creation of each dish. Enjoy a deeply immersive pre-fixed, multi-course meal personalized dining adventure that transcends the traditional restaurant encounter. It is $75 to reserve the table plus $75 per person. Delicious food, great front-of-the-house staff and you can tell the manager is on top of everything. A guest accidentally knocked a glass off of the table and every person on the wait staff responded immediately making sure no one was cut, redirecting guests around the spill and getting things back to normal in no time…IMPRESSIVE!!! We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again…and again!

This is my second time to dine at Rio Brazos Exceptional service and Fantastic High Quality Food . Best of all it’s closed to Silverado and no traffic issues 🤠 We love the new restaurant Shane Barrington

Great food and service but we’re disappointed to be sat by the bathroom on our anniversary. The restaurant is a bit loud for a romantic dinner but the food is the star of the show.
