When a guest asks for help with an overcooked protein, and the chef/owner replies with “ I will not remake the chicken for you because we make it how we make it” This is not hospitality. People go to restaurants more carefully now in light of the current economy but when we do go out, we’re looking for warm hospitality and good food. Philip, the owner and chef, is not interested in this aspect of the business, so one would wonder why he has in the hospitality industry at all?

Food is so fresh and prepared very well. Salad with fresh grilled salmon was excellent. Love their fries and the creme Brulee is Heaven

Price for a Cadillac margarita was 37.00. Steak was over cooked, served on a sizzling hot pan. Meat continues to cook after you take it off the grill. It was over cooked when I got it. Second time, after I sent it back it was like chewy beef jerky. Service was super slow. Not a lot of people in the restaurant. Spoke to manager? Or owner? He got argumentative, he removed the drink but he seemed to think that’s an acceptable price for a call Cadillac margarita. ( casamigos blanco tequila) small glass. Paid 32.00 for the horrible steak. I don’t think that place will be in business long. Probably by Dec. the owner should visit the local restaurant and see how things are done.

Roe is always great! The food is fantastic and the service is very good. Vanessa has always helped us and is wonderfully attentive. The patios are comfortable and it's always fun to watch the people walk by. We'll go back again and again!

Food was sadly overly salty. We were all really excited to try everything but it just didn’t hit the mark. Ordered: steak fried rice, miso cod, mixed tempura, house burger, steak frites, crab Mac n cheese. The steak fried rice was the saltiest. Was really exited about the concept.

The food, customer service and ambiance all deserve a 10/10. I would say that the drinks are a little over priced but still a solid 10/10 as well. I had the coconut curry salmon and it’s all I can think about now 🤤. I’ll be back soon for another delicious meal!

We had two tickets to the Historic Sierra Madre Playhouse to see the great Kait Dunton and her mind blowing band! I stumbled upon Roe whilst looking for a place to dine before the show... WOW! We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by not only the quality of the food, but by the creativity and uniqueness. The attentive service, quaint ambiance, and delectable delights made the entire night all the better. 10/10!
