El establecimiento supone una revolución en el consumo y está ubicado en South Park, Charlotte. Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen, perteneciente a Jim Noble, redefinirá su concepto de salir a cenar. El establecimiento cuenta con un área de comedor y bar que ofrece un menú a la carta con especialidades españolas, francesas e italianas de la casa preparadas en una parrilla de leña, un asador y un horno italiano importado. Rooster's ofrece gastronomía casual de alta calidad y asequible, combinada con un toque gastronómico local, del sur. La cocina abierta ubicada en el centro del salón comedor permite a los comensales ver la elaboración de la comida mientras cenan sobre su antigua encimera de granito sentados sobre taburetes. Los acabados de piel, la piedra antigua, la hermosa artesanía en madera y hierro forjado a mano, establecen un paralelismo entre la arquitectura y el diseño artesanales y una cocina de estilo casero.

I made a reservation for 2 through Open Door. When we arrived we were walked through the main restaurant, through the tables set up out in the mall, and seated in an overflow area that used to be another store. The area was almost empty with garishly bright lighting, so you felt like you were sitting in a fast food restaurant. We sat there for about 5-10 minutes and no server arrived. We left this area and went back and sat at 2 open seats at the bar in the main restaurant which was enjoyable. I'd say call the restaurant and be sure you reservation is in the main restaurant for a dining experience equal to the price tag. The food was delicious and the service was good.

Been over a decade since I’ve had dinner here. Food was very good for the price. Service was very good as well. I think the value is top notch. Will definitely be making this a regular restaurant in the rotation

Server seemed bothered by our presence and the items we’ve loved for years fell short. Charcuterie was minimal and basic, corn was way too salty and proteins were under seasoned. Busser was highlight of experience. She was charming and attentive. Desserts remain top notch.

Had a LOVELY time. Food was nothing less than spectacular and the service was amazing. Elliot, Fernando, and Haley (sorry if I messed up spelling) all stopped to check on us through our time. It was so romantic! Could not have asked for a better date night. Wish I had leftovers to take home but we ate every last bite! It truly was some of the best food and ambiance. 10/10

There must be a new chef. The food was not the same quality as previous visits. We told our waitress of the nut and fish allergy one of the members of my party had. She said she noted it and twice that party’s food with the allergy was bought out with fish and nuts. The Frits were cold and season less. The chicken and mushrooms were both rubbery and lacked flavor. Even our favorite Brussels were hard and overly sweet. Just a very disappointing visit. Not sure if we’ll ever go back.

Roosters is consistently great. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy, and the menu has something for everyone. With quality wine & unique cocktails, the bar area has a cool view of the kitchen & a laid back vibe. They offer outstanding sides; the potatoes au gratin are a must, but you should pick several options to share with the table! The salads are always fresh & dressed to perfection. I personally think they serve the best scallops in Charlotte, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
