Terrible service, waited 35 minutes for our table. Drinks didn’t arrive till after our main entree. Had to ask 3x for silverware, had to ask 2x for water glasses. Horrible service, wouldn’t return.

We have been to countless busy trendy restaurants on a Saturday night. There was a party that made it busier. What amazed my husband and I was the manager’s amazing skill in making customers happy. Seeing that we’d been waiting with a reservation, he offered for us to have an appetizer on the house. Our waitress was SO lovely and despite being clearly busy, was so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. We brought home leftovers and our kiddos loved them so much!

Absolutely incredible atmosphere. Very busy Valentines evening, and food was incredible. Minor hiccups with drink service, but it was due to the volume for Valentine’s Day. I will absolutely be back!

Absolutely the most disappointing dining experience at what I've considered a REAL restaurant group in my life! I'm a transplanted NYer who has enjoyed many a meal at the original Rosa Mexicano restaurants in NY for everything from drinks with friends to milestone birthdays to special moments with my children, and have never been let down. Any time I've gone to those Rosa Mexicano restaurants, it has been special just because everything from the atmosphere to the drinks through the table side Guacamole to the apps, entrees, and desserts were nothing short of delicious. This Ardmore version does not even match up to a Chili's, and I just had a Burger King burger to wash down the taste. (Btw, before today, I had not been to a Burger King in 31 years, but this beat my $258 meal, by far). The restaurant was well appointed, and our server was very sweet, but she was inexperienced and knew very little in terms of drinks, did not return to our table or any of the tables in our section at an appropriate cadence, and was slow to deliver on extras, like hot sauce, nothing too difficult. The margaritas were awful, the guacamole had less flavor than a grocery store version, and the food was nearly inedible, aside from the enchiladas and the mole' sauce. The ladies room was only slightly cleaner than that of a West Virgina truck stop. I honestly can't believe Rosa Mexicano would allow for this restaurant to continue with its branding, as this is substandard and not worthy.

this was my third time being there & i was very surprised by the food because it wasn’t how it usually was the last two times i’ve been there but overall the place is really nice

Beautiful space, perfect attentive staff. All food from the salsa, table side guacamole (supposedly medium spice), to stealkfajitas, chili rellanos, street corn, beans and rice..,,everything was bland and un- or under seasoned. Prices were high and food was disappointing.

The servers were overwhelmed by tables—manager nowhere to be found. The food was okay but not worth returning. The guacamole had a huge roll out presentation and was bland at best, ordered with medium heat. The drinks were just ok—I’ve been here before for margaritas and they were fantastic but last night they were just missing the mark.
