Overall, this is a “good” restaurant. It is family friendly and in a convenient location, despite the fact that Suburban Square parking is more complicated than ever. Our server was not well trained and did not know or understand basic items on the menu. But, she was friendly and attentive at times.

The staff was friendly and the place is beautiful. However, it takes a very long time to get drinks and they got rid of their guacamole topping offerings. The grilled pineapple salsa was originally what kept me coming back and now I’m unsure if I’ll return in the future.

Unfortunately my experience was not the best. Service has absolutely terrible. I didn’t see my waitress after she took our food. I had to flag down someone to grab her to get a refill. She told me she would bring over drink and disappeared for another 15 minutes. When food came out no one came over to make sure everything was okay. Ended up not getting my drink until I was basically finished with the meal. Food quality was good but expensive for a restaurant that can’t provide basic service. Management was apologetic when I brought concerns to attention and comped our appetizer. Gesture was appreciated but much would have rather just had the refill I asked for without waiting nearly 25 minutes and asking twice.

Good food. Food reasonably priced for what you get. Drinks are a little expensive. Service was great. Only complaint is that our tacos were not hot or even warm when they were brought out. Still delicious though!

Terrible service, waited 35 minutes for our table. Drinks didn’t arrive till after our main entree. Had to ask 3x for silverware, had to ask 2x for water glasses. Horrible service, wouldn’t return.

We have been to countless busy trendy restaurants on a Saturday night. There was a party that made it busier. What amazed my husband and I was the manager’s amazing skill in making customers happy. Seeing that we’d been waiting with a reservation, he offered for us to have an appetizer on the house. Our waitress was SO lovely and despite being clearly busy, was so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. We brought home leftovers and our kiddos loved them so much!
