Fresh and exciting new bar and restaurant in Ocean Gate, NJ, right in the heart of Ocean County with water views of the beach, boardwalk and Toms River. We are bringing an elevated dining experience with a beautifully decorated coastal themed space, a great menu composed of the finest ingredients and hand crafted cocktails, a great wine list and expansive beer selection. Ask about the selection of dining areas including main dining room, private party room, semi private second floor dining room, outdoor second floor deck seating and the fun and hip bar/lounge area. The food at Rosie’s is amazing! Short Rib and Filet were some of the best meals we’ve had!

A hidden gem in Ocean Gate, close to home! Party of six family reservations on a busy Friday evening. We were greeted warmly when we entered. We were seated immediately. Pino, our server for the evening was fantastic! The first time in a long time, our grandson ate all his meat and liked it with a huge smile! He also liked the warm chocolate cookie, which was more like a huge muffin, excellant! Great food and atmosphere and service. Bravo! 👏

we love rosie’s! the halibut was absolutely delish and our waitress was so sweet and attentive. it’s become one of our new fav little spots to go to- especially nice when you can get a table during the slower hours but totally understand why they get as busy as they do!

Everything was excellent from the bread, to the apps, entrees were fabulous and desert was to die for. Party of 8 was all wowed. We can’t wait to come back.

Overall it was a great dinner with great service. The food was very good and we enjoyed everything that we ordered. The restaurant is EXTREMELY LOUD, terrible acoustics. The bill came with the all too enraging 3.5% SERVICE FEE. I have no idea what this was for and I'll admit I did not ask because I already had to send a drink back and I didn't want the server to think that I was just being difficult. I don't believe that it was the also enraging fee for using your credit card because legally, you are supposed to be notified that you will be charged and given the opportunity to pay cash to avoid paying a fee that is the full and complete responsibility of the restaurant. Regardless, additional phantom service fees, fees for using your credit card etc. are all immoral and repugnant. I'm not sure why people are tolerating these egregious fees just to go out to eat. Going out to eat is no longer affordable for anyone, especially this restaurant; it is very expensive, which for the experience I did not mind paying at all. The service fee nonsense is the reason why I will not return, it's unfortunate.

We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The waitstaff was very friendly and timely. The food was fresh and it tasted great. Very nice place I would definitely go back.
