We made a reservation and the restaurant refused to seat us because they gave up our table to “important celebrities they could not move.”

The male bartender that night was kind of rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there so I went to the blonde girl that was working they night behind the bar and she was very attentive, very energetic and just cared!

We love the Rouge Room. As locals it’s a great spot to lounge on a Saturday night and listen to really good live music. This evening I reserved a table expressly to listen to music and also indicated it was my boyfriend’s birthday. I was really excited to have the band give him a shout out or have the staff sing. I’ve seen this done a few times. Unfortunately the hostess seated us facing AWAY from the band. And when prompted about his birthday told me she would check and came back to say that the kitchen was closed. There was no shout out to him by the band or by the servers. As an aside, we also had to send our drinks back twice to be remade. The band AND the people watching are redeeming positives but the next time we want to see live music OR celebrate a birthday we will look elsewhere.

This was our first time here and the food was great. Drinks were also good. The service was also very good.

Our entire experience was out of this world. Our server was attentive, fun and knowledgeable. The wagyu tacos and sashimi were great and the crispy rice was delicious. Karaoke was a blast!! The cocktails were amazing as well! I had the French 75 and my boyfriend tried the smoked old fashion and the espresso martini!!

Harlo was an absolute delight. We had heard how beautiful the venue was, and we were excited to explore the spectacular food. Friday night is quite busy, so we did exercise patience. From cocktails to appetizers, Argentine special, to SeaBass to Ribeye; I can say that we experienced every flavor and texture of a well made meal. We will be back!
