Rum Room is a modern Latin restaurant located in the heart of Miami Beach. Chef Ismael Lasalle brings his passion for Caribbean cuisine to the table, creating dishes that are both flavorful and visually stunning. The signature dishes include Fish Dip Nachos, Shrimp & Papaya Salad, Grilled Salmon, Pan con Bistec, and many more.

I was extremely disappointed. There were very few people there at my dinner service, yet the service was terribly slow when it came to getting drinks and food. Drinks and food were good once you got them.

Overall, a great night. Especially the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was cooked to perfection.

We chose Rum Room for a pre-concert dinner. It is a quick walk to the New World Symphony. The service was welcoming and excellent and food was great. The menu is a bit limited, but everything we had was delicious. We got mojitos to start and then the fish dip nachos made with smoked fish and house made yuca chips. These had wonderful flavor, not overpowering. My friend had the Rum Room burger with fried green tomatoes, bacon jam and pimento cheese. She adored it. That's too rich for me, so I had the grilled salmon with maracuyo sauce, succulent and perfectly cooked. Also had the side of charred broccoli with red pepper aioli. Crunch and just spicy enough. This place needs to advertise. I live nearby and none of my neighbors knew about it. Get the word out.

This place was unbelievably awesome! Our server Tanya, could not have been more attentive and informative about everything. The manager that was there, I believe her name was Thalia came by constantly, and made sure that we were taken care of in the best way possible. Serhii the bartender was extremely knowledgeable about every single drink at the bar and then some ! 10/10 , definitely coming back again!
