We sat in the bar area, what seemed very close to the kitchen area and a giant pillar by our table. So there was a lot of traffic by our table. The restaurant was FREEZING. People at the bar had hats on and my son and husband never took their coats off. Our server was nice but I felt she was being a bartender as well. It took a long time to order our food, we felt a little dismissed. We waited almost 10 minutes to order our dinner. When she finally came to the table, I would’ve liked a “sorry I took so long” but I felt like she was put out. We ordered our food and it came and we never saw the server again. She never once came back and asked how things were or if we needed anything. Towards the end of the meal, 3 men came in with pants hanging off their butts and smelled like they smoked a pound of 🌱before they came in. The whole place was looking at them, it smelled so bad. My husband went to the front desk and said that the place needs to have some kind of standard. They did leave briefly but came back in as we were leaving. The whole restaurant smelled and everyone noticed. Overall the food was amazing as always. We don’t get to come very often, probably our 4th time in 10 years. I wish the place had a higher standard like it used to. I didn’t get my dessert that came with my meal because we wanted out so bad. We took our valet ticket out front and we were told the server should’ve brought it out, she never offered or told us about it. Oh, because she never came back to the table after we got our food. I don’t know if we will be back. Jeff Ruby is pricier, yes but at least they have a reward program to keep coming back. Since RC moved out of Worthington, it doesn’t feel the same and low class.

Tyrone was a delightful server! He was very pleasant and attentive and did not rush us through our meal!

We had some issues with our food however our server Michelle and the Restaurant Manager Carli Codner-Pinto were absolutely amazing! Carli went ABOVE & BEYOND. My friend and I have never been so well taken care of and we definitely will recommend Ruth’s Chris and will be back again. Thank you so much for your generosity, professionalism and friendliness!

We had a lovely early Thanksgiving meal there today, so much so we're thinking of making it a holiday tradition, as we also went here a couple years ago & just loved it. The place, the delicious gourmet food, the decor, the staff, were all beyond wonderful! Special shout out & thank you to our lovely server, Christian, who pulled out all the stops in superior customer service, even getting our car set up so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Another special thanks to the fantastic valet crew out front as well. Ruth's Chris & all the people there who make it happen are another reason to truly give thanks!!

We had a great experience and food as you would expect. Our server Chris did a great job. He was fun with spot on service.

Bone-in fillet was amazing and service was great. But drinks and sides were mid. Overall a little disappointed since we have such a high regard for R C

Wonderful waitress. We were in town for a convention. The food was delightful. It was our first experience there. Nice steaks. Probably underdone a bit, but the plates helped cook the steak a bit more.

Very basic service wasn’t the best and they piled everyone up in one corner no privacy food wasn’t good I got lamb chops potatoes au gratin spicy shrimp and crab cakes for the appetizers they were bland and the crab cake was falling apart For the price I was very disappointed

Service was slow to bring water and bread initially and the appetizers and entrees followed in the same fashion. The servers were pleasant and professional. As the kitchen brought out the entrees for the tables in our area it seemed to be a mystery as to which table the food went. The staff asked us 2 times if this is what we ordered and one was after we had already eaten. The best thing about the dinner was my company.
