    It was a very pleasant experience as the very highest standard was met as usual. The service was excellent and the overall atmosphere was electric. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill a condiment request for us. Very very impressive and appreciated.

    The service is by far the best of all Ruth’s Chris locations we’ve visited. The food is generally very good, though a bit salty for my taste. My partner, however, raved about his meal.

    It was a Post Valentine’s Date My boyfriend and I thought the food was great. The ambience was everything. The waiters were on point and engaging . More importantly the restaurant was very welcoming. We will definitely come back to this location in Jersey City.

    Got the New York Strip with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus delicious cooked to perfection juicy very flavorful Calamari as appetizers super delicious as well And their cocktails were amazing martini espresso and a pomegranate one Not to mention our server Samantha was amazing and our hostess Carmella even better definitely going back just for the hospitality I received from both girls 10/10 experience

    The vibe was “no vibe”. It was Valentine’s Day but our food never came out. We drank a bottle of wine, paid our bill and left. No one had dinner on their table. 1st and last time going to Ruth Chris.

    Hostess insisted on sitting us under the air conditioning and buy the front door. Temperature outside was 20* *. she also insisted we were not allowed to sit in the bar because they had 800 people coming in. there where empty tables and 6 people total in the bar. The waiter was only interested in taking our order right away. asked only the men in our party if they wanted drinks! eventually we where allowed to order drinks and when We where ready to order food the waiter took our order and NEVER returned to the table because he was busy
