    Although my server Victoria was excellent and the food was exceptionally delicious, The front reception was a very bad ordeal for us. Arrived early for the reservation and they said that we must wait which we had no problem with. We sat at the bar to wait for our table. After several times to check about our table reception under stood that we were going to eat at the bar. And had no table for us. And proceeded to ask if we had checked in and confirm our reservation. Really! Did you get amnesia while we were sitting at the bar? Awful service. Only when we complained to the bar tender he immediately called the manager and had them sit us at a table. I really appreciate the bartender at this place. He knew we were waiting for a while.

    first time in this restaurant, pleasant expirince, we liked the food. I would recomend.

    Absolutely wonderful. We got there a few minutes early and they opened the doors for us so that we could come in and sit down. Very very good service delicious food great atmosphere definitely will be back!

    Rob & Grayson were excellent. Food was very good. Highly recommend!! We sat in the bar section. Less formal but stilla great experience!!!

    Food was delicious and atmosphere enjoyable. One caveat was the plates were too hot which didn't allow us to enjoy our meal fully as everything we put on our plate (sides) was too hot to eat.

    We had a reservation at 7:30. We were sat at 8 pm. The table service was slow. Our steaks were not cooked to temp, a well done filet was served medium rare, and a medium rare NY strip was served medium well. The creamed spinach was no better than what I'd get from the grocery store. Overall, it was a poor experience. This was my first and last visit to Ruth's Chris. There are many other steakhouses in the area that are better, in my opinion.

    Terrible experience. Waited almost 45 minutes to be seated after our scheduled reservation. Didn’t have our drink order taken for 20 minutes after being seated then waited an additional 20 minutes before receiving the drinks and having our appetizer and dinner order taken. It then took over 30 minutes to receive our entrees after finishing the mediocre appetizers. All the while not being checked on for drink refills or how everything was so far. The entrees were very good overall, but unfortunately will not be recommending. For spending upwards of $400, which would have been more if we were able to order more drinks, I expected a better experience for sure.
